BUTTONS GRAYED OUT DURING STEERING WHEEL CONFIGURATION
The buttons shown in gray during the wheel configuration step of the flashing process are unable to be retained
with the Maestro SW because the ADS-MSW does not have a third steering wheel input. However, these buttons
are able to be retained by using the Maestro RR.
