Assistance Desk (TPAD)

1.References:
a. PNP MC No.2019-058"PNP Critical Incident Management Operational
Procedures (Revised 2019) dated October 11,2019;and

b. PNP Memorandum Circular No. 2017-020 entitled "Strengthened Bantay


Turista" dated March 3,2017.

2.This pertains to the strengthening of tourist police assistance desk which will
handle crime reports, investigation, and requests for assistance involving foreign and
local tourist.

3. Accordingly, be reminded that under PNP MC No.2017-020, Tourist Police


Assistance Desk (TPAD) shall be established in the police stations of cities and
municipalities. TPADs may also be established in the immediate vicinity or periphery
of high-tourism traffic areas like malls, airports, seaports, transport terminals, parks,
etc. provided with TPU personnel.

4. In this regard, you are directed to strengthen the TPADs in your respective
AOR to ensure that all cases involving local and foreign tourists are properly
addressed.

5. Submit your actions taken to this Directorate (Attn: PSD) at email
