We are seeking an experienced and motivated Radio/RF Field Engineer with a strong background in radio equipment to join our team. The successful candidate
will work closely with our engineering team to ensure the highest levels of network performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, commission, optimize, and maintain Huawei radio and RF communication systems, including base stations, antennas, and other related equipment.
2. Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and recommend optimal equipment configurations and installation methods.
3. Monitor network performance and perform optimization activities to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and quality of service.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including hardware and software-related problems.
5. Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless integration of Huawei equipment into existing networks.
6. Provide technical support and training to customers and other team members, as needed.
7. Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working in the field.
8. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records of all work activities.

Requirements:

1. A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, commissioning, optimization, and maintenance of radio and RF communication systems, with a focus on
Huawei equipment.
3. Knowledge of Huawei radio and RF equipment, including base stations, antennas, and related hardware and software.
4. Experience in working with various testing and measurement equipment, such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
7. Flexibility to work in various locations and environments, including outdoor fieldwork, with occasional travel as required.
8. Valid driver's license and the ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
9. Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and guidelines.
