B. Barangay/LGU Representative
The barangay or LGU representative shall be involved in sharing
valuable information on the interest of the community in the school
improvement and participate in setting goals, strategies and priorities
of the school. Also, the representative from the barangay shall commit
available resources in the implementation of the plan.
C. Teacher Representative/s
The teachers are expected to provide needed information relative to
teaching and learning process and as well as, actively participate
during the development of the SIP establishing priorities, setting goals
and formulating implementation strategies for the plan.
D. Parent Representative/s
The parents play a valuable role in sharing insights about what their
children need to learn and the difficulties they face in the school, their
aspiration for the school and their children and other present areas of
concerns. Parents shall also participate in setting goals, strategies
and priorities of the school and hence, commit available resources in
the implementation of the plan.
E. Student Representative/s
The student/s in the SPT is/are tasked to share insights about their
difficulties in the school and is/are expected to participate in setting
goals, strategies, and priorities of the school.
In order to realize our goals in the school, the school planning team is
bound to follow necessary steps from the assessment, planning and
implementation as reflected in Table 1.

QUALITY
Committed to offer quality education, Molugan National High
School has been the frontrunner of the division in the extensive quest
of delivering education accessible to all school-aged children with the
growing increase of population. MNHS program in the school has
produced a culture of achievement among learners with the list of
national competency passers for the past 3 years and the successful
involvement in numerous academic activities which resulted to
students’ showcasing their talents and skills. Equipped with highly
competent teachers, redefinition of instruction has been the primary
motive in the delivery of instruction. This led to many innovations,
research and developmental strategies modified to the distinctive
needs of its learners. MNHS has grown to make learning its priority
regardless of students’ age, preferences, and socio-economic status
following its mantra to holistically develop the learners, “MATATAG na
MNHS: Bansang Makabata, Batang Makabansa”
The report gathered from Curriculum Management Support
System (CMSS) indicates that English and Mathematics subjects need
to be improved in Junior High School . Reading and Writing,Practical
Research and Mathematics core subjects in Senior High School
should be focused on. Teachers should provide a more contextualized
lessons and carefully designed activities to address individual
learning needs.
As to the Curriculum Learning Development and
Contextualization, the school offers complete Junior High School and
Senior High School, respectively. The SHS offers both the Academic
and Technical, Vocational and Livelihood (TVL) track. For the TVL
track, it has 2 strands offered, the Electronic Products Assembly and
Servicing (EPAS) and the Home Economics (HE) with the specialization
of Bread and Pastry Production (BPP), Food and Beverage Services
(FBS), and Cookery. For the Academic track, it offers
Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), Accountancy and
For the 1911 total enrollment at the present, majority are male
comprising 51% of the population (981) while 49% are female (930).
The data shows an interesting trend in the increase and decrease of
male and female enrollees from SY 2020 onwards.
For this school year, senior high school has a zero percent drop-
out rate while the junior high school recorded 0.2% drop-out rate.
Illness leading to death, change of residence and early teenage
pregnancy are one of the identified reasons for the drop-out. Other
factors include family needs and issues like financial matter which led
to chaos in the family. Thus, this results to uninterested learners to
attend their classes. The promotion rate of Senior High School for SY
2020 - 2021 is 225 learners or hundred percent and for SY 2021 -
2022 is 320 learners or hundred percent.
QUALITY
To suffice the mantra of building and embodying a “MATATAG”
school in the country, the MNHS teaching force had made significant
achievements in adhering and fostering learning. Action and basic
research have been made to further strengthen the instructions given
and to respond to the demands of the 21 century learners. The

The stakeholder’s support is vital to ensure continuity of
learning amidst the global pandemic. Molugan National High School
continues to strengthen collaboration and solid partnership with
parents and other stakeholders to address the gaps and challenges in
giving access to quality education in these trying times. The school
and its stakeholders promote a safe – learning environment. In the
conduct of Brigada Eskwela, the school coordinated with the Local
Government Units or other non – government organizations and
volunteers to clean and disinfect school buildings, classrooms, and
other school facilities. Our school partners made sure that our
learners are protected and still can access quality education. Thermal
scanners, soap, alcohol or hand sanitizer, cleaning tool and
disinfectants, face masks, face shields and surgical gloves, sanitation
/ proper hand washing hygiene information materials, and supplies
for distance learning (i.e., bond papers, worksheets, and others) were
prepared through the initiatives of our local partners. The
stakeholder’s engagement still needs to be improved and sustained.
The school aims to increase the participation of stakeholders from
91% to 100% in contributing to the educational needs and others for
the benefit of the children especially at this critical time. Facelifting
of the classrooms and “bayanihan”spirit were also highlighted before
the opening of SY 2022-2023.
The school also promotes safety among the learners. The
quarterly simultaneous earthquake and fire safety drills are
conducted to ensure learner’s disaster preparedness. The
