COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, RENALYN G. SABADO, Filipino, 22 years old, single, student, and with


resident at Purok 04, Sabado Street, San Leonardo, Aglipay, Quirino. After having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby deposed and state that:

1). This complaint is being filed to charge MARK JHAY DELOS SANTOS,
Filipino of legal age, and a resident of San Fransisco, Aglipay, Quirino for the
crime of Rape under Article 266 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by
Republic Act 8353, committed as follows:

a. On March 10, 2022, at around 9:00 in the evening, I was at home alone
and
busy of doing my assignment when someone knock our front door, so I
went
to see who it was, and when I opened the door, Mark Jhay Delos Santos
who
was a beat drunk immediately walked in with a knife in his hand,
warned me
not to make any noise otherwise he will stab me;
b. He closed the door and pushed me on the floor, he told me not to try to
fight
and let him do what he wanted because otherwise he would kill me, then
he tied my hands behind my back;
c. I asked him what he wanted, but he pointed his knife in my face, then he
said that he wanted to have sex with me.
d. I begged and pleased him, but he pointed the knife at my neck again,
saying
that if I did not give up my femininity to him, he would cut my neck;
Because of great fear, I cried and followed his orders;

e. Delos Santos then took off my shorts and started inserting his finger
into my vagina, and after that he took off his pants and inserted his
penis into my vagina;
f. Delos Santos dressed up after and threatened me not to tell anyone,
he untied my hands and immediately run out.

I executed the foregoing Complaint-Affidavit to attest to the truth of the facts


stated and for the purpose of charging the accuse, whose last known address is San
Fransisco, Aglipay, Quirino with the crime of rape.
