Navy Modern Research Presentation

This document presents the background, scope, methodology, and significance of a study to design an advanced smart parking building for Baguio City. The study aims to address the issue of limited parking areas in the city by designing a smart parking building that maximizes space using modern technology. The scope of the study is to design a building at the Jadewell parking area using available local and national technologies. The methodology includes surveys of car owners to understand parking needs and simulation of the proposed design. The significance is that it would benefit private vehicle owners, commuters, and the overall community by more efficiently managing parking.

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

The need for designated parking areas or buildings in Baguio City is becoming a
substantial issue due to the local government's inability to develop a workable solution and
to address the rise in the number of vehicles using the roads daily.
SCOPE AND LIMITATION
FOCUS
To design an Advanced Smart Parking Building for Baguio
City at Jadewell Parking Area

LOCATION:
Harrison Road

LIMITATIONS:
Use of available technology within the locale/ national
range used by existing Smart Parking Buildings

SIMULATION:
To check the efficiency of the proposed design in
accordance to available data that the chosen app/ proram
can array.
