world. You are to research one application of the
exponential function and present your findings in a
suitable manner. You will also include a sample
calculation that includes an exponential function that
applies to your topic. Some examples of applications
include, but are not limited to:

Bacterial Growth, Disease Appreciation/Depreciation,

 Briefly describing an area or topic that involves the use of the exponential function.
 Describe how this topic is important in our society.
 Creating a question/solution, or a calculation, that involves the use of the exponential function.
 Displaying a graph of an exponential function that relates to your topic.
 Presenting your information in an appealing way (poster, PowerPoint slideshow, Prezi
presentation, Facebook page, Twitter account, video, brochure, etc).
 Cite your sources of information with a “references” page.
