He has been a certified peace officer for the State of Oklahoma since April 2019. On May 1, 2023, Okmulgee Police Department Chief Joe Prentice requested partial OSBI assistance at 14600 Holly Road Henryetta, Oklahoma. The investigation was regarding an AMBER alert which was issued on the same date for two missing juvenile females. The juveniles were last seen with JESSE MCFADDEN. 2. On the morning of May 1, 2023, Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office responded to MGFADDEN'S residence located at 14600 Holly Road Henryetta, Oklahoma and discovered the front door ajar. MCFADDEN also failed to appear at Muskogee County District Court for pending charges of possession of child pornography. 3. MCFADDEN is the registered owner of a 2007 WHITE CHEVY AVALANCHE PICKUP, VIN # 3GNFK12307G173175, OK TAG # LRW-469. The Amber Alert stated that MCFADDEN and the missing juveniles were believed to be MCFADDEN'S vehicle. 4. On the same date, law enforcement officers discovered the deceased bodies of MCFADDEN, HOLLY GUESS, and five juveniles on the property located at 14600 Holly Road Henryetta, Oklahoma. 5, MCFADDEN'S vehicle was located across the road from the residence on Holly Road after consent was granted by the property owner. The vehicle was towed to Newton Wrecker and Auto in Beggs with a No-Touch Hold placed on the vehicle 6. On May 6, 2023, Okmulgee County District Attorney CAROL ISKI requested OSBI full investigative assistance into identifying, documenting, and gathering additional information and evidence which was still located on the property at 14600 Holly Road, Henryetta, Oklahoma. 7. Based on my training and experience, your affiant believes that the forensic evidence sought inthis affidavit (blood-stained articles, physiological fluids, and secretions, hair, fibers, fingerprints, palm prints, footprints, fingernails, and shoe prints) could be located in the vehicle and will be sought in the forensic processing of the vehicle, the presence or absence of which will be relevant inthis investigation. 8.
