Effective today, February 23, 2023, I, Jaqueline Goulart, President and CEO of GRAMPOS
IMPORTAÇÃO EXPORTAÇÃO E SOLUÇÕES GLOBAIS LTDA Sales Company hereby give notice to
all parties that have seen or been previously authorized to work with TEDAC BPS COMMODITIES
LTD; that I hereby terminate all relationships concerning this business – ALL BUSINESS/ANY
CONTACT; or transactions between the organizations or individuals our company and any of
those contacted concerning my Quota, My Partners, My Clients, My Contacts Commercial ,
Personal or related directly on ongoing business transactions. This Irrevocable Global Cease
and Desist Order covers you and any and all parties you may have sent any of my information to.
It also terminates all claims of any nature and cancels any and all agreements you may have
received concerning your attempt to work with, commodities, financial instruments or buying and
selling transactions concerned ALL agreements.
This Irrevocable Global Cease and Desist Order also covers all parties prior to date shown that
have received any of my documentation from any party concerning this asset, commodities,
financial instruments or buying and selling transactions prior to the date hereon.
Reason for this action does not have to be stated under any law and I choose not to make any
statement.
I, Jaqueline Goulart, as President of GRAMPOS IMPORTAÇÃO EXPORTAÇÃO E SOLUÇÕES
GLOBAIS LTDA, demand you immediately cease any and all activity forthwith and stop reviewing,
discussing or forwarding any and all documents that you may have been provided by me or any
other party that refereed my asset to you and that “you” destroy all documentation, hard copies
or electronic, you have concerning my asset, within One (1) business day as it is personal property
and you are hereby required to immediately notify all parties you have contacted or sent any of
my , my clients and partners information to and inform them you have received this Irrevocable
Global Cease and Desist Order.

I demand you forward a copy this Cease and Desist to all parties you may have contacted
concerning my asset, commodities, financial instruments or buying and selling transactions
Be aware that this order is irrevocable, and no breach of this order or the NCA/NDA shall be
permitted under any circumstances, communication must be restricted to the confirmation of
receipt, if any further action is required to enforce this Order, such action will be actively pursued
through the full recourse of law.
You are hereby served with this IRREVOCABLE GLOBAL CEASE AND DESIST ORDER.
