12V RECHARGEABLE 10 MILLION CANDLE POWER SPOTLIGHT

• Super powerful quartz halogen spotlight provides white light that can be seen for miles
• To maximize battery life, can also use dim light (500,000 candle power setting)
• Equipped with a 12V 7Ah sealed lead acid battery
• Swivel stand
• Nylon carrying strap
• Dual recharge, either by AC/DC adaptor or 12V DC car plug adaptor (Both included)
• Direct use available with 12V DC car plug adaptor

OPERATION
• Charge the battery prior to initial use. (SEE CHARGING THE BATTERY)
• Turn the side locks for the stand in a counter-clockwise direction to adjust the position and turn them clockwise
to secure.

CHARGING THE BATTERY

Charge the battery prior to initial use.
CAUTION: BEFORE CHARGING BATTERY, MAKE SURE POWER SWITCHES
ARE IN THE ‘OFF’ POSITION.

AC/DC ADAPTOR
• To charge, plug the adaptor into the wall outlet, insert the adaptor plug into the upper DC jack of the lantern.
• LED light glowing red indicates unit is charging.
• Time required to fully charge the battery is around 15 hours.

CAR PLUG ADAPTOR

• To charge, plug one end of the car plug adaptor into the 12V power outlet and insert the other end into the
upper DC jack of the spotlight.
• LED light glowing red indicates unit is charging.

DIRECT USE WITH 12V DC CAR PLUG ADAPTOR

PLUG THE INCLUDED CAR PLUG ADAPTOR INTO THE CIGARETTE LIGHTER SOCKET ON YOUR
VEHICLE (TRUCK OR BOAT), INSERT THE ADAPTOR PLUG INTO THE LOWER DC JACK OF THE
SPOTLIGHT. TURN LIGHT ON USING SWITCHES.
FUSE RATING INSIDE THE CAR PLUG ADAPTOR: 10A 125V/250V
TO REPLACE THE FUSE:
1. Unscrew the top cover.
2. Pour out the fuse inside and
replace a new one.
3. Screw back the top cover to secure.

WARNINGS
• Lens of the halogen spot-
light is very hot during
operation
• Never block lens and reflector
during operation
• Do not shine directly into eyes
• To reduce the risk of electric shock,
unplug the unit and allow to cool before
attempting any cleaning and replacement
• To reduce risk of uncoverable damage, replace the bulb and battery with same rating only

BULB REPLACEMENT
1. Take off the front rubber cover.
2. Unscrew and remove the spotlight cover.
3. Carefully remove the lens and the rubber ring, then, take out the reflector.
4. Release the bulb guarding wires and replace the bulb with a new one.
5. Re-assemble the guarding wires, put back the reflector, rubber ring and the lens.
6. Secure the spotlight cover with screws and replace the front rubber cover.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT
1. Release the rear cover locks.
2. Remove the rear cover and pull out the battery.
3. Disconnect the terminals and replace the dead battery with a new one.
4. Replace the rear cover and the locking buckles.
Note: The female connector must be connected to the lead of the battery correctly, red wire to positive (+) lead and
black wire to negative (-) lead. REVERSE POLARITY WILL DAMAGE THE UNIT.

IMPORTANT
Never leave battery discharged, recharge battery immediately after discharging. Recharge battery every 3 months
even the unit is not used.

OPERATION
• Chargez la batterie avant la première utilisation. (VOIR CHARGE DE LA BATTERIE)
• Tournez les verrous sur Ie coté dans Ie sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre pour régler la position du support
puis tournez-Ies dans Ie sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour Ie fixer
• Mettez la lanterne en marche au moyen de
I’interrupteur sur Ie corps principal

CHARGE DE LA BATTERIE
Chargez la batterie avant la première utilisation. Mettez I’interrupteur sur OFF (arrêt) pendant la charge.
AVERTISSEMENT: AVANT DE CHARGER LA BATTERIE, ASSUREZ-VOUS QUE L’INTERRUPTEUR DE MISE EN MARCHE EST
BIEN SUR LA POSITION “OFF (ARRÊT).

ADAPTATEUR AC/DC
• Branchez I’adaptateur dans la prise murale, insérez la prise de I’adaptateur dans Ie jack DC supérieur de la
lanterne. La LED rouge s’allume et Ie temps requis pour la charge complète de la pile est
d’environ 15 heures.

ADAPTATEUR SUR PRISE DE VOITURE

• Branchez I’adaptateur sur prise de voiture dans la prise de I’allume-cigare de votre voiture (camion ou bateau),
insérez la prise de I’adaptateur dans Ie jack DC supérieur de la lanterne. La LED rouge s’allime et Ie temps requis
pour la charge complète de la pile est d’environ 15 heures.

UTILISATION DIRECTE AVEC UN ADAPTATEUR 12V DC SUR

PRISE DE VOITURE
BRANCHEZ I’ADAPTATEUR SUR PRISE DE VOITURE DANS LA PRISE DE I’ALLUME-CIGARE DE
VOTRE VOITURE (CAMION OU BATEAU). INSÉREZ LA PRISE DE I’ADAPTATEUR DANS LE JACK
DC INFÉRIEUR DE LA LANTERNE. APPUYEZ SUR LES INTERRUPTEURS LORS DE I’UTILISATION.
CLASSE DU FUSIBLE DANS I’ADAPTATEUR SUR LA PRISE DE VOTRE VOITURE: 10A 125V/250V
POUR REMPLACER IE FUSIBLE:
1. Dévissez Ie couvercle du dessus.
2. Sortez Ie fusible qui se trouve à I’intérieur et remplacez-Ie par un nouveau.
3. Revissez bien en place Ie couvercle du dessus.

AVERTISSEMENTS
• La lentille du projecteur halogène est
très chaude pendant I’utilisation
• Ne jamais bloquer la lentille et Ie
réflecteur pendant I’utilisation
• Ne pas diriger directement vers
les yeux
• Afin de réduire les risques de
choc électrique, débranchez
I’appareil et laissez-Ie refroidir
avant de tenter tout nettoyage
ou tout remplacement
• Afin d’éviter tout dommage
irréparable, ne remplacez I’ampoule et la
batterie que par une ampoule et batterie
de la même classe

REMPLACEMENT DE I’AMPOULE
1. Retirez Ie caoutchouc du couvercle frontal.
2. Dévissez et enlevez Ie couvercle du projecteur.
3. Enlevez la lentilIe avec precaution ainsi que I’anneau en caoutchouc, puis sortez Ie reflecteur.
4. Relâchez les fils de garde de I’ampoule et remplacez par une nouvelle ampoule.
5. Re-assemblez les fils de garde, remettez en place Ie réflecteur, I’anneau en caoutchouc et la lentille.
6. Fixez bien Ie projecteur au moyen des vis et remettez en place Ie caoutchouc du couvercle frontal.

REMPLACEMENT DE LA BATTERIE
1. Relâchez les verrous du couvercle arrière et retirez les boucles de verrouillage.
2. Retirez Ie couvercle arrière et sortez la batterie.
3. Déconnectez les terrninaux et remplacez la batterie par une neuve.
4. Remplacez la batterie, Ie couvercle arrière et les boucles de verrouillage.
Note: Le connecteur femelle doit être connecté correctement aux conducteurs de la batterie, Ie fil rouge sur Ie
conducteur positif (+) et Ie fil noir sur Ie conducteur négatif (-). L’INVERSION DES POLARITÉS POURRAIT
ENDOMMAGER L’APPAREIL.

IMPORTANT
Ne jamais laisser la batterie déchargée, rechargez la batterie immédiatement après qu’elle se soit déchargée.
Rechargez la batterie tous les 3 mois même si vous n’utilisez pas I’appareil.
