SR 250 LABORATORY MICROMOTOR
The SR 250 micromotor was developed in response to the need for a light, powerful and reliable instrument.
It can be used to process resins, hard metals and ceramics, fully satisfying the productivity and ergonomic
requirements of a modern dental laboratory.
SR 400 “TWISTER” LABORATORY MICROMOTOR
State-of-the-art micromotor with brushless motor that provides fully reliable operation even at high working
speeds. Ideal for a vast range of dental lab work, it is, thanks to its 40,000 RPM capacity, especially
suitable for hard metals and ceramics.
VERSIONS
SR 250 P - SR 400 P
Foot Version. The control is placed on the floor and activated with the foot. To turn On, start the machine
and change the speed, you must move the feeder lever from its central position with your foot.
SR 250 T - SR 400 T
Table version. The control is placed on the table and the foot/lever ON/OFF on the floor. To turn On
the machine press the foot/lever ON/OFF. To regulate the handpiece rotation speed, rotate the knob
potentiometer, located on the front panel.

SR 200 “WOODY” DRILL PLASTER MACHINE
The SR 200 Woody Drill Plaster Machine is capable of drilling plaster models or Plexiglass and PVC
bases for the application of conical pins in the removable stump technique. The machine is supplied with
a Laser pointer system that allows a fast and safe alignment of the perforation. This is done by lowering
the working surface with both hands. The perforation depth can be regulated by rotating a nut clearly
located on the front of the machine.

SR 225 STUM TOOTH SEPARATOR - DIAMOND DISC - LASER POINTER - BUILT - IN VACUUM
The SR225 Stump Tooth separator has been designed and built to be used specifically for the separation
of threadable stumps. The machine is equipped with a holding-models support with electromagnetic
fastening on the machine table. The models are cut by a diamond disc blade which obtain a perfect and
continuous cut on plaster models but also cut resins and Plexiglas. A LASER pointer detects precisely where
to cut. Some specific technical choices have been adopted in order to achieve the user perfect safety, such
as disc shielding carter, mandatory use of both hands and fast rotation stop.

ZIRCONIA SINTERING FURNACE
SR770 IN Sint 1600
This oven allows the sintering of Zirconia products after machining on the milling machine.
The “SR 770 INsint 1600” furnace can operate with 20 heating programs in which up to 6 phases can
be set for each program. The oven controls the temperature both in the heating phase and in the cooling
phase, thus allowing very slow cooling also.
The SR770 furnace is able to make both traditional slow and fast cycles managing to rise in temperature
in a minimum time of 90 minutes, thus allowing to perform even very slow cooling.

It is the last generation furnace for firing ceramics, it is managed by an electronic control designed to
extremely simplify and ease up the technician’s work in all the working cycle phases. Here are the main
innovations introduced by the electronic control: a very powerful 16 bit microprocessor; a frontal Encoder
for the input and research of both data and functions; a “Flash” type memory which can be re-set and
updated also by the operator contacting the Manufacturer (this allows the possibility to update at any
time the furnace with the last software version); the LCD Display backlit by a blue light which improves
contrast and clearness of the images. The furnace can memorise up to 100 programmes, with 15 functions
(variables) per programme, can manage the vacuum level and regulate the cooling speed. All these
features along with a simple and rugged mechanics make of this “Luxor Ceramic” a very flexible furnace
perfect to fine any kind of ceramic.

 CERAMIC FURNACES
SR 862 “LUXOR PRESS” PRESSO-CERAMIC FURNACE
It is a furnace suitable for ceramics obtained through “Press-injection” after having heated the solid
ceramic up to its plastic status. The ceramic injection process is done through a mechanism operated by
compressed air. The injection pressure can be regulated with a manual pressure regulator, supplied with
a manometer for the visualisation. The furnace must be therefore connected to the air compressed system
of the laboratory or a compressor. In the firing cycle all variables related to Press-injection can be set, the
furnace is therefore suitable to fire all types of ceramic. Furthermore, the SR 862 Luxor Press is also suitable
to fire all types of normal ceramic, which means a full time utilization of the furnace in dental laboratories.
The electronic control manages 80 programmes for the firing of “normal” ceramics and 20 programmes
for “Press-injection”. As for the firing of “normal” ceramic (metal-ceramic), the SR 862 furnace has the
same functions as the SR 852 (see pg.11).

Induction melting machine low frequency for the melting of every dental alloys. It has a last-generation
generator that allows low fusion time along with the possibility to check the fusion without overheating the
alloy in case of base metals and precious metals.
The low electric power absorption (2.5 KW) allows its use even in small laboratories that do not have
at their disposal a high power supply. Metal casting in the cylinder is achieved by centrifuging and the
rotation movement is soft and vibrations-free. The positioning of the arm is equipped with a fixed positiond
counterweight that allows a perfect balance, employing 4 cylinders Degussa type (1X, 3X, 6X, 9X). In any
case, it is possible the use any cylinders, even with free expansion.
The machine is equipped with an internal and forced cooling closed-loop system therefore it mustn’t be
connected to the water supply. At the moment of the installation it is necessary to fill the water tank with
distilled water (10 l).

The machine is entirely manufactured in compliance with the CEE safety directives  and therefore allows
the performance of the operation in complete operator’s safety. The machine works exclusively when
completely closed and the rotating movement is produced by a self-braking engine, which will stop the
machine as soon as the operating door is opened.
The centrifuge Minni is provided with a digital Timer which enables the end user to set the centrifuge time
and with a start-up speed adjuster, depending on the type of casting metal. The machine arm has two
joints, allowing a slow and soft starting. Completely built in Stainless Steel is unique in its features. The
machine is already set and balanced to work with “Degussa” type cylinders and crucibles.

SR 620 “SIBARI” PHOTOPOLYMERIZATOR

The SR 620 Sibari allows the lightpolymerizing of all acrylic and light-sensitive materials on the
market. The material to be lightpolimerized is placed on the rotating plate which allows a complete
light exposure. The machine is supplied with a cooling fan located on the back, allowing long
working times without any overheating of the composites.
The maximum internal temperature during the lightpolymerization never exceeds 50 deg. C. 8
fluorescent lights and 150W halogen light, placed around the rotating plate allow the emission of
UVA rays and white light, covering the complete spectrum of all light curing materials (320 - 550
nm). Furthermore, the halogen lamp allows the possibility to process polymerization cycles with
heating. The Sibari lightpolymerizator is managed by a microprocessor electronic control, with the
possibility to perform a cycle with or without the halogen lamp, to set the lightpolymerization time
and choose to do the final cooling or not.

SR 360 “SPEEDY MIX” VACUUM MIXER
The SR 360 Speedy Mix Mixer for coatings and plasters can perform the entire cycle (paddling, pouring
of the coating, vibration) in vacuum conditions. The incorporated vacuum pump is a “Dry pump”, without
oil and it’ s entirely maintenance-free. The speed of paddle is varying from 100 to 500 rpm. The machine
is supplied with a digital electronic Timer that can be used to set the paddling time. As the pre-set time
elapses (shown on the display), the paddling stops and the pouring and vibration can start. During the
pouring of the coating, the vibrator can be turned on and the intensity regulated. All the quantities are
visualized by a big LCD Display backlit.This vacuum paddle and pouring processing assures excellent
results, with compact coatings air bubbles and blowholes free.

SR 330 “INmix” MIXER
The INmix Mixer provides great in-vacuum paddle-mixing of coatings, plasters and alginates for dental
use. Although small and compact, the INmix mixer has an extensive as-standard equipment range (from
the digital electronic Timer to the in-built oil-less vacuum pump, and moreover the exclusive mixing speed
range from 100 to 500 rpm) which makes this device extremely versatile and a must in any dental modern
laboratory. The bowls are kept in place by the vacuum created inside which makes the device compact

SQ 148 L WATER VERSION
The Model trimmer, Water Version, works with the Bakelite disk and needs to be cooled off by a spring of
water, it must therefore be connected to the water supply plant with a pipe. The machine is supplied with
an electro-valve which turns on the water only when the engine is working.
SQ 149 D DRY VERSION
The Model trimmer Dry Version, works with the diamond disk and doesn’t need any cooling process. It
must be connected anyway to an aspirator to suck the plaster dust.

P 400 HYDRAULIC PRESS
The hydraulic press P 400 is able to clamp up to 3 muffles and reach a maximum pressure of 400 bars,
exerting on the muffles a force of 15000Kg. (150.000 N). Usually the working pressure must be limited
to 200 bar. The oil-pressure circuit is fully airtight and doesn’t need any maintenance.
