3.DATA SETTING AFTER INSTALLATION After installation has been completed, check that the setting of the supply voltage for the equipment matches the inboard supply voltage. Next, turn on the switch and set data as directed in the relevant instruction manual, 3K See Section: 2.1 (3) to check the setting of the supply voltage. %K During data setting described here, refer to the following sections of the instruction manual : Section 10 - Initial setting of “MENU” Section 11 - Initial setting of the telephone (TEL) node Section 12 - Initial setting of the digital selective calling (DSC) mode Section 13 - Initial setting of the telex (NBDP) node Section 14 - Initial setting of the telegraphy (Ci) node : Section 15 - Initial setting of the AM receiving mode and the HE aode 3.1 Data setting After installation, the following items must be set: ‘© ‘System configuration © Current tine and the data © Station list creation (Remote station IDs, including frequencies) © Transmission output level © Local station independent call mmber in the DSC mode, and the local station group call number ‘© Local station independent call mmber in the NBDP node, the local station group call number, and the answerback code (1) Setting the system configuration The procedure for setting the systen configuration is described below. Equal charge is not required for the sealed lead type battery. - 22 -3.3 Quitting the Function of Charging If another charger should be equipped, the charging function provided in the present equipment may not be required. If so, remove Resistor R206 from the printed circuit board unit (U-4) of the power unit shown (NBL-801) in Figure 3.2, and quit the function of charging, first.
