Indonesia is predicted to lead the travel industry in South-East Asia by 2025, with its three main sectors being online hotels, airlines, and recreational activities. Traveloka and Tiket.com are the two largest online travel agencies (OTAs) in Indonesia, commanding around 63% of the market share combined. While both have strengths like being the most popular OTA and having fast search times, Traveloka's longer loading pages and Tiket.com's less intuitive interfaces could be weaknesses from a user experience perspective.

Booking section di Traveloka menjelaskan secara singkat dan jelas bagaimana cara
melakukan proses pembookingan. Terdapat section untuk mengisi bandara asal dan
tujuan penerbangan, jumlah penumpang, jenis penerbangan dan jenis tiket yang dibeli.
Salah satu fitur unggulannya adalah menampilkan fitur tiket termurah pada saat itu. Akan
tetapi, butuh sekitar 6-7s untuk menampilkan keseluruhan pilihan tiket pada Traveloka. Hal
ini akan membuat user kurang nyaman
Hampir mirip dengan Traveloka, tapi dengan tampilan yang lebih minimalis.
Kelemahannya adalah karena terlalu minimalis dan lebar, banyak space kosong yang
membuat user perlu sedikit effort untuk mencari hal yang dia inginkan. Tapi dengan
bantuan icon hal ini dapat mengurangi kebingungan user. Berbeda dari traveloka, pada
tiket.com tidak ada fitur harga termurah, melainkan ada riwayat pencarian terakhir. Selain
