Since 2008, our NGO has been running an old age home and a rescue center. Our
Founder, Late Karmayogi Shri Ravi Kalra ji started the missions of the
Organization by himself going on the roads and rescuing less privileged people. He
personally built a small hut on an empty plot of land and gave shelter to every
abandoned person that he could rescue from the roads. Years later, today, around
1,000 less privileged people are living permanently in our NGO's shelter homes
located at Bandhwari Village and Mandawar Village, Distt. Gurugram, Haryana.
Our NGO – The Earth Saviours Foundation is registered under 80- G of the
Income Tax Exemption Act and is eligible to get support under CSR.
 
Those that live in our shelter homes are abandoned senior citizens, homeless
mentally disabled people, deprived females, burnt victims, victims of domestic
violence, rape victims, physically injured, people suffering from incurable diseases
such as HIV, schizophrenia etc. These people are brought to our NGO’s shelter
homes by the police, Govt. Hospitals, referred by Hon’ble courts and by social
welfare departments. By the grace of God, all the facilities at our NGO are
completely free of charges for the less privileged people such as accommodation,
food, medical aid and every day amenities.
 
Unfortunately, we do not receive any financial aid from the Government however
we do receive their tremendous moral support. For the day-to-day operations of the
NGO, we purely bank on kind hearted individuals and corporate companies.
Without their help and blessings, we would not be able to face the everyday
challenge of providing a life of comfort and dignity to all the less privileged
rescues that reside permanently in our Ashrams.
 
In this regard, I humbly request you to grant for the following amenities in the FY
2023-2024.

 
1.Raw food material – such as Atta, Rice, Different Pulses, Oil, Milk Powder,
Salt, Sugar, Fresh Vegetables, Dairy Products, Tea, Spices etc. to feed 1000 less
privileged people every day on a regular basis @ Rs. 23,00,000/- (per month).

 You can also sponser one time meal at Rs.70/- per plate (per meal) for 1000
residents living permanently in both the shelters.the food you want is cooked
in our kitchen itself to maintain the fit health of our residents.
 Gas Cylinder-We require 120 gas cylinder on monthly basis to feed therse
1000 destitute which can build up the cost of 2,60,150/-

 Iron Table-We require 20 Iron made food serving tables in order to

 Air Cooler-We require 20 air coolers to beat the heat in summer which
comes to 32,000/-(per cooler)

2. Toiletries - for maintaining the basic hygiene of our mentally disabled residents,
please consider donating toward the purchase of bathing soaps, washing soap,
washing powder, mosquito repellents, Harpic, phenyl, nail cutters, room freshener
spray, bodywash, body lotion, face cream, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, hair
oil and adult diapers, etc. @ Rs. 5,00,000/- (per month).

3. Medical aid - Dettol, bandages, general medicines, Himalaya antiseptics,

4. Medical Beds- Most of them are bed ridden or suffering from incurable
diseases. We humbly request if you could consider to donate medical beds for
these less privileged people to offer comfort. The cost of each medical bed along
with the mattress & GST is apx. Rs. 12,500/- (Rupees twelve thousand five
hundred).We are in dire need of 150 (one fifty) medical beds.
5. Hospital Expenses- While we are constantly upgrading on the living
infrastructure, one of our key expenditures is on medical care. Most of the new
admissions that are rescued from the roads and brought to our Ashrams are already
suffering from very severe diseases, infections, hernias, rotten limbs, incurable
diseases, and are even sometimes on their deathbeds. It is not possible for us to
treat them at our Ashram's in house medical facilities so we have to take them for
treatment to private and government hospitals which builds up the cost. Almost
everyday, we have to take at least 5 patients for hospital treatments in our
ambulances. The hospital expenses are subjective, they change every month
depending on which disease or medical problems we have to admit them for. The
average cost per month for hospital expenses and bills is approximately 4 lakhs.
Please consider contributing towards this cost because sometimes depending on
medical treatment such as if we have to admit a cancer patient for chemotherapy,
our monthly cost can even go up to Rs. 20,00,000/-. We can provide medical
invoices of past months for you to sponsor as well or please consider contributing
towards future medical expenses.
 

 
Please consider to donate as per your wish in favor of our NGO - The Earth
Saviours Foundation. As per whichever amenity you decide to help us with, we
will provide you with the annexures and bill of quantities prior to the project’s
commencement. Additionally, on receipt of your grant, we shall provide you with
the receipt and procure the goods within the financial year.
 
We shall also submit the acknowledgement and utilization report as per your
