Siddhartha Super Spinning Mills is planning to take up yarn manufacturing expansion


project in Nilkhera, Nalagarh, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. The project involves expansion for
manufacturing of yarn with capacity of 5008 TPA. The estimated cost of the project is
Rs.173.441 million. On March 2021, State Single Window Clearance & Monitoring Authority
has approved the proposal. As of June 2021, the project work has commenced.
Vardhman Fabrics (Unit-04) is planning to take up a new yarn from ring spinning unit in
Pilikarar-Talpura, Budhni, Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves establishment of
yarn from ring spinning unit with capacity 70,000 Nos. The project is estimated to cost
Rs.4941 million. As of May 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution
control authorities to establish the project.
Bhagyalakshmi Cotton Industries is planning to take up a new cotton spinning and
weaving project in Lingampalle Kollampalle, Narayanpet, Telangana. The project involves
establishment of cotton spinning and weaving unit with capacity cotton lint 7500 TPA and
cotton seed 14000 TPA. The project is estimated to cost Rs.42 million. As of July 2021, the
company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the
project.
Shri Basava Textiles is planning to take up New spinning mill in Marakumbi Village,
Saundatti, Belagum, Karnataka. The project involves setting up of new spinning. The
estimated cost of the project is Rs.905.7 million. On April 2021, State Single Window
Clearance & Monitoring Authority has approved the proposal. As of July 2021, the project
work has commenced.
Vardhman Textiles is planning to take up new yarns manufacturing project in Rehti Road,
Budhni, Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves manufacturing of all types of yarns
with capacity 45000 Spindles (composite cotton mills spinning weaving and processing). The

company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on October 2019. As of January


2020, the project is in planning stage.
