About Mess: Hygienic, quality food prepared by professionally qualified cooks is provided to the students in
the hostel canteen. Meals provided in the hostel mess are wholesome and nourishing. The mess caters to the
tastes of the students with varied culinary preferences from different regions. The mess menu is planned and
managed by the students in consultation with the caterer and the management
OPTIONS TO PAY THE HOSTEL FEE :
For Boys Hostel:The hostel allocation would be mandatory for the complete academic year. For
booking of Hostel, Applicant is required to pay 50% of the Hostel Fee within 30 days of receipt of
this letter through any options written below. Balance 50% Hostel Fee will be paid on or before 4th
Dec 2023.Hostel allotment will be first-cum-first serve basis.

For Girls Hostel:For booking of Hostel, Applicant is required to pay Full Advance Hostel Fee within
30 days of receipt of this offer letter through any options written below. Hostel allotment will be
first-cum-first serve basis.
OPTION-I: Visit m.paytm.me/galgotias_newstudents_web to pay the fee via Credit Card/Debit Card/Paytm
Wallet/Netbanking/ UPI
OR
visit www.galgotiasuniversity.edu.in and click on "Pay through Paytm" to pay the fee
OPTION-II: Payment via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Paytm/PhonePe/GPay/UPI mode, please transfer the amount as per
