Ⅰ.Description

Air shower IC control panel is used for automatic controlling air shower, cargo air shower
and air tunnel. It controls that the entrance door and exit door interlocking and unlocking,
turn on and off lamp, it is inductived by photolectric sensor when people enter air shower,
then the blower fan is working, and airflow is blowing from the nozzle. Air showrer is
blowing with human voice prompt, and it can set the blowing time (show time), unlock delay
time for entrance door and exit door, lighting time and other functions.

Ⅱ.Main panel -LCD display

A. Description of the keys on the control panel of the air shower:

1. “E-stop” button: Press the emergency stop button at any time, E-stop indicator light will
be red, and all outputs except lighting are automatically disconnected. When pressed again,
the system returns to the initial state. This button is mainly used when the entrance door
and exit door cannot be unlocked, the blower fan can stop blowing, and other
maintenance-required.

2. “Air shower” button: After the entrance and exit doors are closed, press the button and
the system will go into the blowing(shower) process. This button is mainly used for door
sensor, infrared failure or fan maintenance.

3. “Light” button: Use the "light" button to switch on and off light(lamp). This button is
mainly used when the door sensor fails or the light is overhauled.

4. buttons: Before or after the air shower(blowing) starts, adjust the air
shower(blowing) time through the up and down buttons; or set it when entering the internal
parameter settings.

B. Process of air shower

1. Enter the clean area:

1.1 People open the entrance door, the exit door will be closed and locked, it prevent
unpurified air flows into the clean area, the lamp is lighing, and the green indicator light
outside is lighting.
1.2 After entering the air shower room and closing the entrance door, the voice prompts:
"Hello, please stand in the induction zone".
The photoelectric sensor starts to detect whether there is someone. If someone is detected,
the system will turn into the wind shower process, the blower fan will work and blow
1.3 The entrance and exit doors are locked before the blowing, the blower fans starts to
blow, and at the same time, the shower time countdown starts
Timing. Voice prompt: "Working, please turn your body 360 degrees."
1.4 If it cannot detect any person in the air shower room within the specified time after the
entrance door is closed, it returns to the standby state.
1.5 During the blowing, when someone presses the up, down and lighting switch, the voice
will prompt:
"Working, please don't touch the switch casually."
1.6 In the process of blowing, blowing will be ended when someone presses the E-stop
switch. Press the E-stop button again to cancel the emergency stop state.
1.7 After the blowing is over, the exit door is unlocked, and the voice prompts: "After
blowing the shower, please exit through the exit door".
1.8 After the person walks out of the air shower room and closes the exit door, the system
returns to the initial state, waiting for the next time
use.
1.9 If the blowing is completed, after the exit door is unlocked. The personnel inside did not
leave air shower room within the specified time
, the system default person may have left, automatically return to the standby state.
1.10. After lamp is turned on, if it is not triggered again within a specified time, it will
automatically turn off.

2. Exit the clean area:

2.1 Open the exit door, entrance door wilkl be closed and locked,the lamp is lighting , and
green indicator light is on;
2.2 People walk into the air shower room and close the exit door. The system starts to
detect whether someone is in the air shower room.

No one is detected within the specified time, and the internal and external doors are
unlocked;
2.3 If someone is detected and the system waits for the person to open the entrance door,
the exit door is locked and when the entrance door is closed
After that, the system returns to the initial state;
2.4 In special circumstances, personnel can choose to return to the clean area, the system
waits for personnel to open the exit door,
The entrance door is open, When the exit door is closed, the system returns to the initial
state;
2.5 After opening the entrance door, if no one can be detected within the specified time, if
the entrance door is open firstly,
the system is transferred to the process of entering the clean area; if the exit door is opened
firstly, the system is transferred to the process of leaving the clean area.
2.6 After the lamp is turned on, if it is not triggered again within the set time, it will
automatically turn off.

C. Indicator light and digital tube display instructions:

1.Shower countdown: red digital tube display, used to display shower(blowing) time when
it is working
Set the value and remaining time of shower (blowing), used for menu parameter display
when setting menu;
4. Shower (blowing）light: when this light is on, it indicates that the blower fan has been
started automatically or manually;
5. Emergency stop light: When this light is on, it indicates that the system is in emergency
stop state.
6. Light: This lamp is on when the lamp is turned on, and can be turned off or turned on.

Ⅲ. PCB ciruit board and wire terminals

1. Strong power input interface
a. Power supply: 220VAC (marked on the silk screen as 220V AC IN)
2. Powerful output interface
a. Fan: 1A 220VAC (connected to AC contactor coil, silk screen marked as fan relay)
b. Lighting: 1A 220VAC (if there are more lamps, it can be connected to the intermediate
relay, the silk screen is marked as the lighting indicator)
c. Work instructions: 1A 220VAC (screen printing marked as work indicator)
d. Power indication: 1A 220VAC (silk screen marked as power indicator)
3. Weak current input interface
a. Entrance door magnetic sensor switch: passive contact (screen printing marked as inner
door magnetic)
b. Exit door magnetic sensor switch: passive contact (screen printing marked as outer door
magnetic)
c. Photoelectric sensor switch: passive contact (marked as infrared on silk screen)
4. Weak current output interface
a. Photoelectric sensor power supply: 12VDC (the silk screen mark is 12V GO)
b. Exntrance door electric lock: 200mA DC12V (outer door electric lock)
c. Exit door electric lock: 200mA DC12V (inner door electric lock)

Ⅵ. Operating Instructions

Working parameter setting:

1. Air shower time setting: Before or after the blowing, directly press the up and down

buttons to adjust the blowing time , the adjustable range is 1-60 seconds,
and it is displayed by the double-digit digital tube. The system automatically saves the
parameter value 5 seconds after the adjustment.

2. Unlocking delay time setting (TI) of Entrance door after blowing: Press the emergency
stop button continuously for 3 seconds, the system enters the internal parameter setting,

the digital tube displays: TI, and then press the up or down button to view
the unlocking delay time of the entrance door after blowing , the unit is second, press the

button to adjust within 0-60 seconds, then press the “shower” key and
enters the next option, if don’t press any button within 5 seconds , it will save the
parameters and exit the setting;

3. Unlocking delay time setting (TO) of exit door after blowing: After finishing the entrance
door setting, press the “Shower’ button again within 5 seconds to enter the exit door’s

unlock delay time setting (TO) , press the button to adjust within 0-60
seconds, then press the “shower” key and enters the next option, if don’t press any button
within 5 seconds , it will save the parameters and exit the setting;

4. Interlocked doors opening delay time setting (TC) of entrance door and exit door: After
finishing the exit door setting, press the “Shower” button again within 5 seconds to enter the

interlocked doors opening delay time setting (TC), press button to adjust
within 0-60 seconds, then press the “shower” key and enters the next option, if don’t press
any button within 5 seconds , it will save the parameters and exit the setting;
5. Light delay time setting (TL): Press the “Shower” button within 5 seconds to enter the

light delay time setting (TL), press button to adjust within 0-60 minutes, then
press the “shower” key and enters the next option, if don’t press any button within 5
seconds , it will save the parameters and exit the setting;

6. Program selection setting (TD): After light setting, press the “shower” button again within
5 seconds to enter the program selection setting (TD). You can view and select the program

on 00-02 press the buttons.

00: Normal air shower program,
01: There is door without induction program,
02: There is induction without door program.
Then press the “shower” key and enters the next option, if don’t press any button within 5
seconds , it will save the parameters and exit the setting;
7. Entrance door and exit door exchange settings (TN): After program selection settings,
press “Shower” button again within 5 seconds to enter exchange settings (TN),You can

view and select the program on 00-01 press the buttons.

00: Normal,
01: Exchange
Then press the “shower” key and enters the next option, if don’t press any button within 5
seconds , it will save the parameters and exit the setting;

VII. Precautions:

1. Hole size: L × W = 245 × 125 (MM)

2. The requirements of the door magnetic sensor switch used: the contact is on when the
door is closed, and the contact is off when the door is opened;
3. The requirements of the photelectric sensor switch used: 220VAC or 12VDC power
supply, the contact is off when there is no one, and the contact is one when there is a
person ;
4. The requirements of the electric lock used: 12VDC power supply, current below 200MA,
and be careful not to connect an external diode (the circuit board is already included).
5. Due to circuit board limitations, it is recommended that each interface terminal should
not be connected to a device higher than 100W. If the fan has more power or more lamp
panels, it can be transferred through the AC contactor and intermediate relay;
