Scale Sugar Cane Farm lands listed farm.
(b) Personal ID card: (FNPF/Driver’s License/Passport)
(c) TIN Registration No.
(d) Financial Status – Six (6) months Bank Statement
(e) Salary Slip (if employed)
(f) Birth Certificate
(g) Certificate of Registration for Companies
(h) Financial Statement – Companies (last three (3) years)
(i) Farming Plan for the next 5 years
(j) Locality Plan of area applied for
(k) Majority consent (60%) of landowners for Dereservation if land is within iTaukei reserve.
(l) Resume/Personal Reference on Farming Background
