We now have a new Tag-only arrow tool, that only tags elements, but

8 Help with problems
If you cannot solve a problem with WinRail, and have exhausted the advice
given in this document and the online Help, you may contact your WinRail
supplier for assistance. We will always try to help.
If some part of WinRail does not function, first terminate all of Windows, start
the computer again and run no other applications except WinRail. If the
error no longer occurs, then there is possibly a problem with another
application. Otherwise there are two possibilities: There is a problem with
your Windows installation, or with the interaction of Windows with your
hardware - in this case we can unfortunately help very little. Or there is an
error within WinRail. In any program there is always one more error to find -
this, of course, also applies to Windows itself.
