A: Goodmorning, Thank you for your coming to the interview today. Have a seat please.

B: Goodmorning, Thank you for inviting me to the interview. I feel valued and respected
as a candidate.
A: Tell me about yourself?
B: As you can see from my CV, my name is Duyen. I graduated from Dong A University
and my major is Hospitality management. During my university time, I used to have a lot
of experiences about my major when I received many part-time job in restaurants as
well as hotels around my university. Moreover, I’m the second place winner of the Good
Receptionist Contest when I’m a sophomore at my university. And talking about my
hobbies, I’m really interested in traveling and personally, that hobby will support me to
explore a lot of intersting things that is really helpful for my job.
A. What are your strengths?
B: Actually, I have a strong attention to details. Sometimes, this can turn into a tendency
to perfectionism and it helped to complete everything I do with a wonderful result.
Beside that, I wanna mention another my strength is discipline so that I’m always
complete my works well ahead its deadline. Personlly, it will be one of the most
important and necessary things for me to ready to work well with my responsibility.
A: What are your weaknesses?
B: Actually, whenever I’m responsible for any projects, I don’t just want to meet the
deadline . Rather I prefer to complete the project well ahead of its due date. But
sometimes I assumed that I rushed when I’m working and it made me can’t be patient.
A: Why do you want this job?
B: Personally, I want this job for two main reasons. The first reason is your organization
now have an impressive track record of achivement. Even though you faced
circumstances in your business, you didn’t give up and become one of the most
development hotel in Asia. Beside that when I saw the job advertised I believe that it
will be and wonderful and ideal place for me to apply and I believe that your ambitious
plans in the future is similar to my ambitious. Another reason is the skills, the qualities
and the experiences I have built up over the years are a match for the job description so
that I decided to choose this job and I believe it will be one of the most my right
decisions.
A: What are your goals for the future?
B: Actually, I really love the responsibility of leading a team, therefore my short-term is
become a leader of front desk department. I always would like to challenge myself so
this role will be not only give me a lot of great opportunities but also will motivate me to
effort my best to learn and expand my knowledge to dedicate for my work. Moreover
my long-term is become manager of Front Office. I know that it’s really one of the most
my challenging but this goals will inspire me to achieve in the future.
