I. Machine usage requirements

Keep machine balance,put the spirit level in the middle of working table along
vertical and horizontal direction.and scales have to be below 0.1/1000.

1.Usage condition
a)Working temperature range is from 5℃ to 40℃,and average temperature in
24 hours can not above 35℃
b)When machine’s temperature reaches 40℃,relative humidity can not above
50%.Altitude should be below 2000m

2.Power and dust collection


a)Power is three-phase four-wire system,380v,50hz,motor power consumption
is 4KW.
b)Dust collection device:air capacity is 1000m^3/h.Outer diameter of suction is
120mm

II. Summary
1.Purpose
This machine is common surface planer,feeding material by hands,is
characterized of simple structure,light and flexible body, and easy
operating.apply to making wooden furniture,processing construction material
and maintaining house etc.
2.Structure and character
Surface planer is made of machine body,working table,guide fence,protection
device,spindles,motor drive part and electric parts.
Front and rear working table could be adjusted up and down according to your
requirement.

IV. transport and assembly

1.Transport and move by forklift


Stretch forklift arms under the machine,then lift carefully.

1)Foundation:four ground corner screws installation size.

2)Keep machine balance,put the spirit level in the middle of working tablealong
verticalandhorizontaldirection.andscaleshavetobebelow0.1/1000.

Adjustcuttingedgeintooneconcentriccircle,allplaningcuttingedgeshavetobe
paralleltorealworkingtable,andcuttingedgesbulgeoutabout1-1.5mm

Planingdepthadjustment
Max.planing depth is 8mm,try more times if it exceed 8mm,adjusting front
workinglengthtogetdifferentplaningdepth.

Rearworkingtableadjustment
Rearworkingtablecouldbeadjusted1mmupanddownseparately,normally,alittle
lowerthanheightofcuttingedge,whichisduetomaterialyouprocess.
5.Belt loosen and tight
Lifting height of motor cabinet up to a proper position,where belt is not slide
able.Butnottootight.

V.Testandoperation
Before starting,adjust well very parts first,check all screws,specially the
blades.
Presspowerbutton.Inspectitsrotationdirectionfromthesidewhenspindlebegin
rotating.

VI.Electriccontrolsystem
Workingtemperaturerangeisfrom5℃to40℃,andaveragetemperaturein24
hourscannotabove35℃.Whenmachine’stemperaturereaches40℃,relative
humiditycannotabove50%.Altitudeshouldbebelow2000mPoweristhree-phase
four-wiresystem,380v,50hz.AndusershouldprotecttheguidewirebyPE.

 Preparationbeforetesting
Before connecting master switch QS1,have to check all wire carefully,every
componentaswell.Ifnoproblem,connectit.

PressmainmotorlightbuttonSB3tostartmainmotor.Pressmainmotorstopbutton
SB2,thenmainmotorbrake.
Ifchangingblades,rotatebuttonSA1,machinestopandloosen.
Emergenceoccurred,pressbuttonSB1,mainmotorbrake,thenmachinestop
working.

VII.Maintenance
Bearing’stemperaturecannotabove60℃.
Ground blades should be compared in pair.No such phenomenon on the
blade:burnoutandturnblue,littlegapsandcracksetc.
