The humble Application of the


Petitioner abovenamed-

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH:

1. That the Petitioner is filing the present petition seeking

Special Leave to Appeal under Article 136 of the

Constitution of India against the impugned order dated

18.02.2020 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka

at Begaluru in W.P. No. 3306/2020 whereby the Hon’ble

High Court had issued Non Bailable Warrant (NBW)

against the Petitioner to secure his presence before the

Court on 25.02.2020.
2. It is submitted that the Petitioner has filed an ordinary

copy of the Impugned order. The Petitioner undertakes to

file the Certified Copy as soon as the same is made

available.

3. It is in the interest of justice that the Petitioner be

exempted from filing the Certified Copy of the Impugned

order.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this

Hon'ble Court may be pleased to -

a) exempt the Petitioner from filing the Certified Copy of

the order dated 18.02.2020 passed by the Hon’ble High

Court of Karnataka at Begaluru in W.P. No. 3306/2020;

b) pass such other and further order or orders as may be

deemed just and proper by this Hon'ble Court on the

facts and in the circumstances of the case.

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS, THE PETITIONER AS IN


DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY.
