This company is a startup and also a subsidiary company of HRC Global, a publicly listed
company in the NASDAQ. They need resources to build and develop machine learning
(Artificial Intelligence) based applications. They are looking at the Nepalese market as
Indian developers are getting more and more competitively expensive. So now they are
looking at the Nepalese market due to our communications with them as an alternative.

Currently HRC Global uses Tata Engineering to outsource their workforce, exceeding
5000 workers. This company is based in the UK and Malaysia so there may be potential
for growth in their workforce in both countries.

Job Description / Professional Qualifications:


Our terms of agreement and payment:

● What will be the exact responsibilities at our end?


To provide the networking to find any given required workforce.
● How would we be compensated?
o What is our compensation per worker?
o What recurring payments are we entitled to every month?
o What is the payment cycle?
o What one-time or bulk payments are we entitled to?

You will make 25% of all generated income per worker every month until the end of the
worker’s contract. Management fee will be separate and additional to the per-worker fee. We
are trying to penetrate a market of $1000-$1500 per worker in order to compete with the
Indian market. You will receive all payments directly from our company based in Malaysia.

● What kind of agreement will we enter into?


You will be our Recruitment Agent in Nepal to provide our company with a workforce for
outsourcing to our clients. This may be done under the pretense of an MOU or LOA.
