Dear Sir/s,

Serum lnstitute of lndia Private Limited (the "Company") confirms having appointed you as our
STOCKIST and offers you distribution rights as mentioned in this Agreement, to enable you to
participate more actively in increasing the sales of our vaccines/pharmaceutical products, to our
mutual benefit.

1) The Company reserves all rights to terminate this Contract when deemed fit without giving any

Notice OR any reason whatsoever.

2) You will be conducting business activities for our Company only in the pre-decided area oJ

operation, i.e. ("Area").

3) You are appointed by the Company for the express purpose of distributing the vaccines/
pharmaceutical products as mentioned in "ANNEXURE A" herein, ("Products") only in the Area
and shall not carry out any distribution activities of the vaccines/pharmaceutical products as
mentioned in ANNEXURE A herein, in any other area
