SUBJECT : FACE-TO-FACE RECOGNITION, MOVING UP, AND GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR S.Y 2022-2023
1. DepEd Order No. 009, s.2023 “An Order Updating the Multi-Year Implementing Guidelines on
the Conduct of the K to 12 Basic Education Program End-of-School-Year Rites” which
announces the conduct of End of School Year (EOSY) Rites for Kindergarten, Grade 6, 10, and
12 with the theme: “Gradweyt ng K to 12: Hinubog ng Matatag na Edukasyon (K to 12 Graduates:
Molded through a Resilient EducationalFouundation)”, which emphasizes that graduation is not
only a celebratory milestone but also a symbol of resilience, agency, and grit of Filipino learners
honed by a solid basic education system that is responsive to the changing needs of the time.
Further, it highlights that every learner’s achievement mirrors an education that succeeds amid all
difficulties.
2. The giving of certificates, medals and awards demonstrates that students’ hard work is recognized
and valued, with their parents’ contribution to finish the first ladder of elementary education for it
is then the launching point to the next steps of higher education.
3. To fulfill this mandate, Cambagahan Elementary School will hold its Recognition, Moving Up,
and Graduation Ceremony of the SY 2022-2023 on July 7 and 10, 2023.
a. Develop confidence, and boast self-esteem in every honor student, completer, and
graduate.
b. Value the significance of recognition to honor students, moving up, and graduation
ceremony and learn to appreciate its solemnity
c. Recognize the achievement of every honor student, completer, and graduate.
4. Participation in this activity is voluntary. Thus, there shall be in no case that this activity affects the
grades of the students. Participating learners must be sent home immediately after the activity.
Parents/Guardians shall be notified that the activity has already ended through any means of
communication, if necessary.
5. Below are the program content and working committees for this activity:

15. Activity completion report with documentation shall be submitted within 3 working days after the conduct of the
activity.
16. Activity evaluation report shall be submitted as annexed to the completion report.
17. Liquidation Report for the expenses incurred must be prepared & submitted to the division office and posted in the
school transparency board 15 within days after the conduct of the activity.
18. Compliance with the above requirements shall be the basis of the approval of succeeding requests.
Note: All provisions/remarks stated above should be complied with prior to the conduct of the activity.
Noncompliance means disapproval of the activity.
