Motion To Post Bail

Three individuals - Elmer Castro, Elizabeth Espino, and Joan Flabio - have been charged with violating Philippine Decree 1602 and have each had bail set at 30,000 pesos. However, as they only earn minimal incomes to support their basic needs, they have filed a motion through the Public Attorney's Office to reduce their bail amounts to 4,000 pesos each. They argue that paying the full bail amounts would not be feasible for them or their families. They request the court's compassion in reducing the bail amounts.
