WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT

This website development services agreement is intended as a legally binding agreement between
Emmanuel Kyarua (Website developer) and client ESEH Investments Limited , collectively known as the
“parties”

ESEH Investments limited has agreed to allow the above website developer to create, develop and test a
website

Emmanuel Kyarua (Website developer) is interested in undertaking such work; and client and developer
mutually desire to set and agree to the following terms and conditions as listed below

1. DEVELOPER REQUIRMENT
• Emmanuel Kyarua(website developer) agrees to provide reasonable access to any parties
authorized by the client for purposes of website audits, updates or modifications
• Emmanuel Kyarua(website developer) agrees to personally present said website on two
phases; first phase shall be presented on 20-07-2023 at 06:00pm and the second phase shall
be presented on 22-07-2023 08:00am
• Emmanuel Kyarua(website developer) agrees personally to receive and work on the
corrections presented on each phase until the client satisfaction
• Upon completion and approval of its final website, or upon termination of this agreements;
Emmanuel Kyarua shall provide website hosting services for ESEH Investments limited
and any all materials or items deemed necessary for the operation of the
www.esehinvesments.com

2. WEB SITE DESIGN


• The design of the client website shall be in substantial conformity with the material
provided to website developer by the client and the developer shall develop client website
to project the highest professional image
• The developer agrees at company option to maintain company website in client directory
web server and not website developer web server

3. COMPESATION
• The total price for all of the work set forth in the agreement shall be 650,000/=. This price
covers all work of whatever nature on client website contemplated in this agreement.
• The client paid the Website developer amount in advance of 200,000/=on the date both
parties signed this document

4. TERMS OF WEBSITE REFERENCE PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT


• Website while loading to opening a word ESEH should be exploding a little bit as of Nitro
Explosive.
• The website heading should be similar to the current heading used in our business card and
other printed products with white back ground.
In home page the Staff Picture should be removed.
• In any page, user must be able to know where he/she is and easy to go/return to other
pages/menus.
• Website design/appearance should be designed as a fusion of FAMESA and ENAEX
(international) and just a little of local (ESAP).
➢ Product slides as FAMESA
➢ Services Appearance as FAMESA
➢ Background Pattern in pages as ENAEX
• A provision space of Safety in a home page should be put.
• Drawdown menu on “About Us” should be replaced with a single click to give Historical
Background, Vision, and Mission and Why choose us all in one page.
• During web appearance designing, for any needed addition short notes/words designer will
communicate to us immediately.
• Provisional for future products and services should be put for further additions and
developments as our business expands.
• Drawdown menu on “Our magazines” should be replaced with a single click to give all
branches each with a map as in contacts.
• Footer in website should contain HQ Address, Quick links, Our Partners and Get IN Touch.
• Quick links should be of Our Products, about us, contact us and Government institutions
(Appeared in previous website)
• Our Partners should be all manufacturers as appeared in the previous website.

5. ACCEPTANCE
By signing below the parties hereby enter in to binding website development services agreement
with one another
