2023. I appreciate your thoughtfulness in inviting me, and I sincerely want to thank
you for all of your efforts.

I acknowledge how significant this occasion is to you. Sadly, I would have to leave
right away for my family in Manila due to a family emergency.

I am very sorry to inform you that I will not be able to take part in this event on
August 5, 2023 for the aforementioned reason. I'm hoping you'll be able to
comprehend the unavoidable circumstance I'm in as I make my approach to this event.

I want to express to Mayor Dr. J. Sagum a heartfelt congratulations and best wishes
for the event's success.
