Guidelines of the Search for Mr. And Ms./Mrs.

GPPI
Ambassador/Ambassadress 2023

The “SEARCH FOR MR. AND MS./MRS. GPPI AMBASSADOR/AMBASSADRESS 2023” is a


fundraising competition wherein the candidates will raise money through sponsorship in
order to accomplish all the future activities of the school. This will be participated by the
representatives from Grade 7 to Grade 12.

Guidelines:
1. The candidates must be bonafide students of GPPI.
2. The candidates upon endorsement of their respective advisers must fill in the official
entry form with their parents signature.
3. The winning candidates must wear Barong Tagalog and Filpiniana attire during the
Coronation Day and Parade.
4. The organizing committee will provide envelopes to each candidate for their collection
of funds.
5. The candidates will be required to share the 50% of their collection to the school.
However, they will be given a choice to either share the 60% to 100% of their collection
to the school.
6. The minimum share of the candidate to the school is at least P 2,000.00 each.
7. The highest amount shared to the school will be declared as the MR. AND MS./MRS.
GPPI AMBASSADOR/AMBASSADRESS 2023. The other major and minor awards will
depend on the amount shared to the school.
8. The declared winner for the Mr. and Ms./Mrs. GPPI Ambassador/Ambassadress will be
the one in charge of the floats to be used during the parade. At least one vehicle for all
the winners.
9. The Search will have two successive counting headed by the organizing committee:
Ms. Sheena Marie Aliño, Ms. Mary Therese Cleofe and Mr. Rowie Tomotorgo.;
Dates of Counting:
First Counting - August 26, 2023 (Saturday) 3pm
Last Counting - August 28, 2023 (Monday) 3pm

The major awards are the following:


a) Mr. And Ms. Founder’s Day 2023 - Crown, Sash, Bouquet and certificates
b) 1st Runner up - Crown, Sash and certificates
c) 2nd Runner up - Crown, Sash and certificates
d) 3rd Runner up - Crown, Sash and certificates
e) Ginoo at Binibing Kagitingan 2023 - Sash and certificates
f) Ginoo at Binibining Pagkakaisa 2023 - Sash and certificates
g) Ginoo at Binibining Kapayapaan 2023 - Sash and certificates
h) Ginoo at Binibining Kagalakan 2023 - Sash and certificates
i) Ginoo at Binibing Kasaganaan 2023 - Sash and certificates
j) Ginoo at Binibing Katarungan 2023 - Sash and certificates
