* Team Round Robin, top 2 advance to Championship
* Group stage is round robin, top 2 advance to knockout stage
* Knockout stage - top 1 vs top 2

Group Stage:
Now there are 4 groups (Group A, B, C, D)
Each group has 4 players
Round robin format, so each player plays the other 3 players in their group
That's 4 * 3 = 12 matches per group
With 4 groups, there are 12 * 4 = 48 matches in the group stage

Knockout Stage:
Top 2 from each of the 4 groups advances = 8 players
Quarterfinals: 8 players paired into 4 matches
Semifinals: 4 players paired into 2 matches

Finals: 2 players into 1 match

Total knockout matches: 4 + 2 + 1 = 7

Group stage: 48 matches
Knockout stage: 7 matches
Total: 48 + 7 = 55 matches
