2ND ROUND COUNSELLING NOTICE ( FOR UNRESERVED CATEGORIES )
Date of Counselling: 14/08/2023
Reporting time: 9:30AM – 11:30 AM
Venue: School of Law, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur
Allapplicants mentioned in2ndCounseling list(for unreserved category only) are requested to participate in offline counseling
regarding the admission in B.COM. LL.B. They are informed to bring with them following documents in original.

3. Caste/PWD/EWS certificate, if applicable
4. CUET UG Application form
5. CUET UG scorecard
6. GGV CUET Registration Form
7. Four passport size photographs
8. Mobile or debit card having sufficient balance for submission of semester fee
9. Original Migration, Character Certificate and Transfer Certificate
Provided that if no character or Transfer Certificate and Migration are available with them, they will be given opportunity to
submit the original copy of the same by 16/08/2023. In case of failure of submitting these documents (i.e., Original Migration,
Character Certificate and Transfer Certificate, etc.) by 16/08/2023, their provisional admission will be cancelled by the
University without giving any prior notice
10. The fee Amount for the 1st Semester shall be Rs. 7,100/- (including Rs. 1,000 Caution Money)
Having verified the documents and eligibility norms, if they are found eligible to take admission, they will be required to submit the
semester fee of Rs. 7,100/-. And the receipt so generated will have to be mandatorily submitted before the admission committee on the
same day within office time. The payment for required fee can be made using Net Banking, debit Card, University fee payment portal or QR
code available with department.
Moreover, the candidates are also required to have with them their own email id which shows their name and title as per official records.
Kindly note that mere appearance in offline counseling does not entitle an applicant to be considered for confirm admission, the admission
will be granted on merit basis and based on seat. Also, subject to the condition that, candidate fulfills the eligibility criteria with necessary
supporting documents. Those candidates who will miss the counseling, their right to be considered in next round of counseling will cease to
exist.
The 2nd Round Counseling for Reserved Category will take place on 18 th August, 2023.

1. With Registration Form (Annexure-I)
a. Original: Fee Receipt/Challan, CUET Form, CUET Score Card, GGV Enrollment Form, TC (Transfer Certificate), CC
(Character Certificate), Medical fitness, Gap certificate (if applicable), Aman Movement (Anti Ragging Form- Can
obtained through https://www.amanmovement.org/, Passport Size Photograph (01).
b. Photocopy: Fee Receipt/Challan, 10th, 12th mark sheet, TC, CC Migration, Aadhar Card, Caste Certificate (if
applicable),Income Certificate (if applicable).
2. With Enrolment Form:
a. Original: Migration Certificate.
b. Photocopy: Fee Receipt/Challan, 10th, 12th mark sheet, TC, CC Migration, Aadhar Card, Caste Certificate (if applicable),
Income Certificate (if applicable).
3. Central Library Membership Form
a. Fee Challan
b. Passport Size Photograph (01).
4. Identity Card: White background Passport Size Photograph (01).
All the forms are attached herewith. The Candidates appearing for the counseling must ensure that forms attached below must be dully
filled in advance and accompanied with aforesaid documents in the order mentioned above.
