REPLACEMENT OF EGB#04 SOOT BLOWER INLET/OUTLET

Scope of Work:

Mobilization and Demobilization.


Attend Safety Orientation and Prepare Working Permit.
Hauling and Loading of Needed Materials for said project.
Check for the isolation of EGB #04. (LOTO)
Check and verified if there is still existing connection before fully
dismantling.
Installed scaffolding for safety dismantling of the EGB #04
Dismantling/Removing of Existing Clogged Soot Blower Pipe -
(Inlet & Outlet).
Fabricate New Soot Blower Pipe and replace the flanges. PHP. 75,000.00
Fabricate or replace also new support for the Soot Blower Pipe.
Replace Gasket, Bolts and Nuts if found worn out or damaged.
Hydro Test the Newly Fabricated Soot Blower Pipe. (max. 10bar at
1Hr)
If No Found Leak during Hydro Testing Installed the Newly
fabricated Soot
Blower Pipe by connecting the inlet/outlet.
Install also other accessories like valves for inlet and outlet.
Check for possible leak and standby for testing.
Starting / Testing Commissioning of Newly Recondition of EGB
#04.
Turn Over to Operations for Plant Operations. Prepare reports
