1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2017 or the Research Management
Guidelines, the Schools Division Office of Rizal will be conducting its 10th Division
Research Conference (DRC) with the theme Rizaliksik Tungo sa Matatag at
Mapagpaunlad na Edukasyon. The conference will be held on August 23, 2023, at
Rizal National Science High School in Binangonan, Rizal.
2. The conference aims its participants to:
a) share the findings of studies conducted in schools that support the
MATATAG agenda;
b) discuss the applications and recommendations of their findings to
enhance the practice, skills, and competencies, and/or useful for
policy recommendations; and
c) forge collaboration between and among schools and personnel
towards accessible, equitable, quality education.
3. There shall be 1 research presentation per school ID. The full paper,
certificate of corroboration duly signed by the corroborators, school head or PSDS shall
be uploaded to this link on or before August 11, 2023.

The entries must be completely and correctly filled out. Only one of the
proponents shall attend and present the study. The total number of presenters
expected to attend is 301. The allotment for those with no submitted entries will be
given to other schools, to be decided by the Schools Division Research Committee

(SDRC). The names, spelling of names, title of the paper and other information will be
based on the submitted documents and answers to the link. The final list of
participants or presenters will be issued by August 16, 2023, in a separate
memorandum.
4. The panelists, timekeepers and documenters are advised to confirm their
participation. They are responsible to coordinate and submit the name of the
“confirmed” substitute to this link on or before August 11, 2023.

5. Integrated schools (2 schools using only 1 school ID) or schools with
additional studies are advised to answer this link.

6. The certificates will be issued electronically, upon compliance with the
requirements of the Certificate Committee. No separate certificates will be given to
