1. PURPOSE & SCOPE

The main task / target are installing fiber optic cable 4 core from Server rack office JO 37 to CCTV shelter
tower JO 37

2. WORK STEP

A. Land Preparation

Check safety equipment (Helmet, Full Body Harness,Hand gloves,Safety shoes)

Check all tools (Put tools to bag)

Make sure work area is clear and no other disturbing activity

B. Prepare to Climb

Make sure manpower is in FIT condition and wear all safety equipment (Helmet, Full Body

Harness,Hand gloves,Safety shoes)

Install Stair at Pole or tower make anchor point for secure the stair/ledger

C. Climb

Climbing the Leadger/Stair makesure three point contact is fully implemented, and bring down all

equipment,

E. Install Radio To tower

* Climb the stair and install cable hanger in every poles

* Install Media converter and Slicing FO in box tower

* Install Media converter in office rack

F. Test Link

Make sure all configuration is working well and link work properly, Test Bandwidth

Three aspects above must be considered and prepare before work casting is done.
