Air Cleaner - Remove and Install

Removal Procedure
1. Loosen clamp (2). Remove hose (1) .

3. Remove bolts (5). Remove air cleaner (4) .
Installation Procedure
1. Position air cleaner (4). Install bolts (5).
2. Tighten clamp (3) .

3. Install hose (1). Tighten clamp (2).
Exhaust Manifold - Remove and Install

Removal Procedure
1. Remove cover (1) .

2. Remove dipstick tube (3) .
3. Remove cover (2) .
4. Loosen clamp (4) on the muffler.
5. Remove exhaust tube (7) from exhaust manifold (6) .
6. Remove bolts (5). Remove exhaust manifold (6) and gaskets.
Installation Procedure

POWERED BY 4M40 Engine
1. Position exhaust manifold (6) and gaskets. Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 30 N·m (22 lb ft).
2. Install exhaust tube (7) on exhaust manifold (6) .
3. Tighten clamp (4) on the muffler.
4. Install cover (2) .
5. Install dipstick tube (3) .
