SYNTHETIC MULTIPURPOSE LUBRICANT

Description

Lubricant formulated with synthetic base stocks (PAO based) and special additives FDA approved for
incidental food contact.

Applications

ULTRASYNT ATOX 32 is specially indicated for long term lubrication in difficult operating conditions.
It is suitable for hydraulic systems working at extreme temperature, and for lubrication of bearings,
pumps, chains, gears and compressors.

Due to its special composition with FDA approved components, ULTRASYNT ATOX 32 can be used in
mechanic components described above with potential risk of contamination of the processed product by
the lubricant, in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

Properties

- High oxidation stability, avoiding formation of residues and varnishes and improving product
lifetime.
- Because of its high viscosity index and low pour point, it shows an excellent lubricating performance
in a wide temperature range.
- Its protection against friction and wear makes it an appropriate lubricant for most of the applications
in the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
- Good demulsifying capability, allowing easy water separation.
- It does not stain metals, including aluminium and copper alloys.
- Very good compatibility with seals or pipes as it is completely free of aromatic hydrocarbons.
