Salaried Segment:

Loan Amount of 1-9 Lakhs :

1. Minimum age 23 years & maximum age 60 years or retirement age whichever is later for all salaried
segments
2. Minimum income for CAT SA, A & B, C & D to be Rs.20,000/-
3. No funding under toxic industries as per toxic industries list mentioned below
4. Employment confirmation basis official email ID confirmation or employment verification through EPFO
employment check along with latest month salary credit in bank statement for Cat-SA/A/B & C
5. Lag time for PF deposited for the month should not be more than 45 days
6. Office CPV is mandatory for Cat-D employees (Official email ID can be accepted)
7. Negative area & Negative profile waiver norms:
i) Loan repayment >=9 months & loan amount >= 2 Lacs (except TW, CD, EL & GL) & max loan
amount to be capped to Rs.5 Lacs
OR
ii) Salary > 40K for categorized corporate & loan repayment >=9 months & loan amount >= 2 Lacs
(except TW, CD, EL & GL) & max loan amount to be capped to Rs.9 Lacs
8. Tenure:
i) 60 months for Cat-SA/A/B/C & Cat-D (only Platinum & Gold)
ii) 48 months for Cat-D under Silver segment (60 months for BT)
iii) 48 months for self-employed (60 months for BT)
iv) BT cases where tenure > 48 months , the tenure can be extended up to 60 months
9. Salary slip waived if Perfios successful, if Perfios unsuccessful salary credit in bank statement to be
checked
10. If Joint account provided for salary credit, salary slip required to confirm the salary
11. OHP requirement:
i) OHP proof waived for Cat SA / A / B / C customers under Silver segment required - HL of > 20
Lac with min 6MOB with no X+ in last 6 months on such RTR OR PL for > 2 lac with 12 MOB with
no X+ in last 12 months on such RTR
ii) Mandatory for Cat-D Silver segment

12. MUE to be capped at 40 Lacs for all salaried cases

Loan Amount of >9-15 Lakhs :

13. Last 2 yrs of work experience proof required


14. Employment confirmation basis official email ID confirmation or employment verification through EPFO
employment check along with latest month salary credit in bank statement for Cat-SA/A/B & C. Lag time

High Ticket cases:

15. High Ticket Segment: Office CPV waived if PD is conducted at office address
16. Latest 3 months’ salary slip is mandatory for Above 15-25 Lakhs and 6 months required for above 25 lacs
17. Income should be min Rs. 75k for last 3 months in HT cases above 15-25 Lakhs for CAT SA, A, B and For C
Income is Rs. 1.25 lacs and Income should be min Rs. 1.50 lacs for CAT SA, A above 25+ Lakhs loan

BT details :
18. Balance transfer of PL (max 3) and multiple CC are allowed
19. Credit card should not be more than 100% utilisation
20. No Overdue /Over-limit charges to be seen in Credit cards
21. Latest 2 months credit cards statement required for CCBT
22. 5% will be obligated irrespective of total card outstanding
23. Statement shows Payment - Blocked card will not be accepted

Self-employed Segment: Loan amount 1-9 Lakhs

1. Minimum age 25 years & maximum age 65 years for all self-employed segments
2. Employment stability: Business in same premises for >=1 year & minimum experience >= 3 years
3. No funding under toxic industries which is Tours and Travel business
4. 3 months’ bank statements with 3 transactions per month & ABB>= 5k
5. OHP mandatory either for residence or office
6. Business proof waived if repayment from current account & business name confirmed through CPV or
business details confirmed through GSTIN match
7. No recent loan credit should appear in banking to avoid ABB inflate
8. Acceptance of Udyog Aadhar is discontinued

Major reasons cases are kept on hold as follows:

• Official email confirmation not provided


• EMI debit banking not provided wherever applicant EMI is not getting debited through salary
account and same account has been applied for BT with us OR bureau indicates back dated trade
line of particular loan account
• BT document not uploaded
• Closure proof not provided
• Incorrect email ID provided
• 2 months credit cards statement is mandatory and front card copy to be documented
• Card is getting expire in next 3 months will not be accepted for BT
• More than 15 days of gap in provided banking
• PF Statement provided is not with in 45 days from login date.

Recent changes:
• Acceptance of Labour License as an business proof for self -employed customers to be
discontinued with immediate effect.
• Acceptance of Udyog Aadhar is discontinued

Additional Self Employed profile which are not be Sourced :Owing to recent surge in COVID cases
across the country & the resultant restrictions imposed by various State Governments & local
authorities in the form of lockdowns/curfews , IDFC First Bank at Retail Asset level has finalized a list of
profiles which won’t be funded for specified products ,until further notified.

Below are the restrictions & profiles not to be sourced for self-employed.

This will be applicable for all locations.
