Power Stations

BFI Automation has been supplying power stations with flame monitoring systems since 1973. All big name boiler and burner
manufacturers inside and outside Germany are now amongst our esteemed customers. Our UV semiconductor sensors have
revolutionized safeguarding against extraneous light, a very important aspect for multiple burner systems such as steam
generators. Our systems have accompanied the development and use of reduced- emission, low-NOx burners in power
stations from the very beginning. The latest generation of flame monitors gives the operating personnel a complete overview
of the entire firing equipment thanks to the networking of sensors and graphic display of raw flame signals. An understanding
of the interaction between the burner parameters and combustion process helps them control the firing equipment more
precisely and detect faults in the flame patterns faster.

Compact Flame Controller-CFC 2000
The compact flame controller CFC combines flame scanner and flame amplifier module built as an all-in-one system. The
compact flame controller CFC 2000/3000 series has been developed for applications on large steam generators and industrial
boilers. The goal is safe and reliable monitoring of fuel burning systems, provision of data to optimize the combustion
process, and to reduce the emission of pollutants. The system is able to discriminate flames from different burners and to
monitor these flames selectively. All parameters can be optimized for any combustion via the corresponding software.

COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Price will remain firm throughout the execution period of the order, provided
purchaser's order is released for the full offered quantity within the validity
Price Basis
period of this offer, except for statutory variations and impositions.
The prices & taxes & duties are on Ex-Works Kolkata Basis.

Freight Charges Freight will be charged extra on Lumpsum @2.5% of material value

Packing & Forwarding Packing and forwarding charges are extra 2% of material value.
Transit Insurance To be borne by customer
1. Taxes on sales i.e., GST will be chargeable extra as applicable.
2. If any rates of tax are increased or decreased, a new tax is intoduced, an
existing tax is abolished, or any change in interpretation or application of any tax
occurs in the course of the performance of contract, which was or will be
Taxes & Duties assessed on the buyer in connection with performance of the contract, an
equitable adjustment of the contract price shall be made to fully take into
account any such change by addition to the contract price or deduction from as
the case may be.

30% payment in advance along with the order and balance payment upto 100%
Terms of Payment along with taxes to be made in advance against Proforma invoice before the
delivery of materials.
The materials will be made ready for dispatch by seller within 20-22 weeks from
the date of receipt of technically and commercially clear order or requisite
Delivery Period advance payment or opening of L/C or approval of drawings & data sheet or
sample approval or as applicable, whichever is latest. To achieve this, purchaser
has to comply with their obligation towards the order on time.
Offered Items are Guaranteed as per Manufacturer's Standard Warranty/
Guarantee furnished in i.e., 12 months from Installation/18 months from supply
Guarantee/ Warranty
whichever is earlier. All Soft Parts/ Seals doesn’t cover any warranty/ are
Excluded from Warranty as per OEM Guidelines.
Force Majeure Delivery period stipulated above is subject to force majeure condition.
Inspection, if required, will be carried out by purchaser/ purchaser's authorised
agency at seller's go-down/at the work of seller's vendor within a period of
Inspection maximum 5 days from the date of intimation. Purchaser will bear all costs for
such inspection. However, seller will make available measuring instruments, tools
& tackles as required for inspection at their cost.
