INSTRUCTIONS
1. You must bring t he call let t er alongwit h (current ly valid) phot o ident it y proof (such as PAN
Card/Passport /Permanent Driving License/Vot er’s Card wit h phot ograph/Bank Passbook wit h
phot ograph/Phot o Ident it y proof wit h phot ograph issued by a Gazet t ed Officer (on official let t erhead)/Phot o
Ident it y proof issued by a People’s Represent at ive along wit h a phot ograph (on official let t erhead)/Ident it y
Card issued by a recognised College/Universit y/Aadhar/E-Aadhar Card wit h a phot ograph /Bar Council ID Card
wit h phot ograph/Employee ID) in original as well as a phot ocopy. Please not e t hat your name as appearing on
t he call let t er (provided by you during t he process of regist rat ion) should exact ly mat ch t he name as
appearing on t he phot o ident it y proof . If t here is any mismat ch bet ween t he name indicat ed in t he Call Let t er
and Phot o Ident it y Proof you will not be allowed t o appear f or t he examinat ion.

2. T he call let t er along wit h t he phot ocopy of phot o ident it y proof duly st apled t oget her should be submit t ed at
t he end of t he exam by put t ing it in t he designat ed drop box. Do not f orget t o writ e your Regist rat ion No. and
Roll No. on t he phot o copy of Phot o Ident it y proof . Candidat es should sign and affix t heir t humb impression in
t he respect ive space provided on t he call-let t er in t he presence of t he invigilat or. Candidat es should bring
t heir own ink pad.
3. You should ascertain exact location of the venue well in advance of the date of examination.
4. T he candidat es must reach t he venue of examinat ion by t he t ime specified in t he email and SMS f orwarded t o
you a day prior t o t he examinat ion. In case you do not get any int imat ion prior t o t he exam, you should f ollow
t he report ing t ime print ed on t he call let t er. Lat e comers will not be allowed t o t ake t he t est . Candidat es will
not be permit t ed t o leave t he examinat ion hall t ill t he t ime f or t he t est is over and t he t est administ rat or has
given permission t o leave. T he t est will begin af t er complet ion of t he f ormalit ies like checking of at t endance,
obt aining signat ure & t humb impression on t he call let t er and phot o capt ure et c. t he Bank will not be
responsible f or any delay or disrupt ion in t ransport .
5. A handout giving information about the type of tests you will be taking is available on the Bank's website. Please
download the information handout and study it carefully. In addition, a link for a mock test will also be available on the
Bank's website.
6. You should bring a ball point pen with you to the examination hall.
7. Please not e t hat you are allowed t o appear only once f or t he examinat ion f or above ment ioned post . Mult iple
appearances will result in cancellat ion of candidat ure. In case more t han one call let t er has been generat ed,
you are advised t o appear only once on t he dat e and at t he t ime ment ioned on t he respect ive call let t er. All
ot her call let t ers are t o be surrendered.
8. You should strictly comply with the directions given to you by the test administrator/invigilator. If any candidate is found
disregarding these directions he/she will be liable to be debarred from the test.
9. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct while appearing at the
examination including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the test will be disqualified. The candidate
should be vigilant to ensure that no other candidate is able to copy from his/her answers. T he Bank would be
analysing t he responses (answers) of individual candidat es wit h ot her candidat es t o det ect pat t erns of
similarit y of right and wrong answers. If in t he analyt ical procedure adopt ed by t he Bank in t his regard, it is
inf erred/concluded t hat t he responses have been shared and scores obt ained are not genuine/valid, t he Bank
reserves right t o cancel t he candidat ure of t he concerned candidat es and t he result of such candidat es
(disqualified) will be wit hheld.
10. You are advised not to bring any of the banned items to the venue of examination as arrangement for safekeeping
cannot be assured.
Following items are not allowed inside the examination centre:-
Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator,
Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, Any communication device like Bluetooth, Earphones,
Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc. Other items like Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, Any watch/Wrist
Watch, Camera, Any metallic item, Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle (only transparent water bottle is
allowed), Any other item which could be used for unfair means for hiding communication devices like camera, blue tooth
devices etc. After AarogyaSetu status display at the entry gate, candidates will be required to switch off their mobile
phones, and deposit it at the designated location, to be collected while exiting.
You are advised to avoid wearing ornaments like Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Badge, brooch etc.
11. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of
test contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic
or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorised possession of
test content is likely to be prosecuted.
12. Person with Benchmark Disability should contact the Test Centre Administrator of the test venue at least 30 minutes
before the time of examination for assistance in seating, if needed.
13. Any request for change of centre/venue/date/session will not be entertained.
14. You may please not e t hat t his call-let t er does not const it ut e an of f er of employment by t he Bank.
15. Your admission to the examination is strictly provisional. Before coming for the examination, please ensure that you are
eligible according to the eligibility criteria stipulated in the Advertisement. If you are not eligible, your candidature will be
cancelled at any stage.
16. Guidelines and Declaration Form for Person with Benchmark Disability candidates, using the services of a Scribe can be
downloaded from the Bank's website.
17. Any canvassing for selection including change of date, time and venue shall be considered as disqualification.

SOCIAL DISTANCING MODE CONDUCT OF EXAM RELATED INSTRUCTIONS
1 Candidat e is required t o report at t he exam venue st rict ly as per t he t ime slot ment ioned in t he Call Let t er
AND/OR inf ormed via SMS/Mail on t heir regist ered mobile number/mail prior t o exam dat e. It is expect ed t hat
candidat e st rict ly adhere t o t his t ime slot – as ent ry int o t he exam venue will be provided based upon t he
individual’s t ime slot ONLY. Candidat es should report at least 15 minut es bef ore t he Report ing t ime.
2 Mapping of ‘Candidat e Roll Number and t he Lab Number’ will NOT be displayed out side t he exam venue, but t he
same will be int imat ed t o t he candidat es individually at t he t ime of ent ry of t he candidat e t o t he exam venue.
3 Items permitted into the venue for Candidates
Candidat es will be permit t ed t o carry only cert ain it ems wit h t hem int o t he venue.

7 If candidat e is availing services of a Scribe, t hen Scribe also should bring t heir own Gloves, N95 Mask, Sanit izer
(50ml) and t ransparent wat er bot t le. Wearing a Mask is compulsory. Bot h candidat e and Scribe will require t o
be wearing N95 Mask.
8 A Candidat e must have AarogyaSet u App inst alled on his mobile phone. T he AarogyaSet u st at us must show
candidat e’s risk f act or. A candidat e will have t o display t his st at us t o t he Securit y Guard at t he ent ry int o t he
exam venue. In case a candidat e does not have a smart phone, he/she will have t o bring in a signed declarat ion
t o t his ef f ect (declarat ion is provided along wit h t his Call Let t er) and show t he same t o t he Securit y Guard at
t he ent ry int o t he exam venue. Candidat es wit h Moderat e or High Risk St at us on AarogyaSet u App will not be
allowed ent ry. In case any of t he responses in declarat ion suggest COVID 19 inf ect ion/sympt oms, t he
candidat e will not be permit t ed inside t he exam venue. (If candidat e is availing services of a Scribe, t hen
Scribe should also f ollow t he same inst ruct ions.)
9 Af t er AarogyaSet u st at us display at t he ent ry gat e, candidat es will be required t o swit ch of f t heir mobile
phones, and deposit it at t he designat ed locat ion, t o be collect ed while exit ing
10 All candidat es (and Scribe, if applicable) will be checked wit h T hermo guns at t he ent ry point f or t emperat ure.
In case, any person is observed t o be having above normal t emperat ure (> 99.14° F) or displaying any sympt oms
of t he virus, t hey will not be allowed ent ry int o t he venue.
11 In candidate’s registration :
a. Candidat e regist rat ion will be done t hrough phot o capt ure. Phot o capt ured will be mat ched wit h t he phot o
uploaded by you in t he applicat ion. You must NOT change your appearance f rom t he phot o uploaded by you.
b. Phot ograph will be t aken while candidat e is st anding.
c. Seat number will be given t o t he candidat e.
12 Rough sheet, call letter and ID proof management
Ro ugh sheet (s) kept at each candidat e desk will be used by candidat e.
