Roles Offered: Senior Consultant/Manager
Locations: The base location will be Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore (It should be flexible to work
at any client location within India or across the globe).
Work Experience: 7-12 years
Preferred Qualification:
• Experience in leading large-scale digital/IT transformation projects
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
• Knowledge of Agile development practices
• Ability to think deeply through business scenarios and come up with technology-
based solutions
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, possess a high level of motivation and
energy
• Project and team management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Practical know-how of emerging digital technologies such as Blockchain, AI/ML,
5G, Cybersecurity, IoT
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage
Desired areas:
• Good knowledge of Application Portfolio Rationalization and IT Cost Optimization
• Designing IT strategy and IT Operating Model
• Implementing Agile, DevOps, & Lean IT in organizations
• Running and managing digital excellence programs to help clients become more
competitive
• Identifying process improvement and cost optimisation opportunities through
business analysis in the IT and business functions
• Develop models for forecasting cost based on business requirements.
• Assessing the IT sourcing strategy and helping clients to set up and grow their
captives (in-house teams) and manage vendor network globally
Good to have:
• Designing Cloud strategy for clients
• Evaluating emerging technologies to create new platforms to help set up the right
environment for digital transformation
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the large-scale transformation and Cost Optimization programs and manage the
client relationship throughout the project lifecycle
• Demonstrate strong business understanding and suggest appropriate digital
technology solutions addressing various business scenarios
• Liaising between client business stakeholders, delivery teams, third-party product
partners and account management teams.
• Keep all stakeholders informed by providing them with necessary project-related
metrics and accompanying analysis of the financial and operational impact
• Contributes towards the development of case studies, proposals, deliverables or other
valuable Cost Optimization engagement knowledge
