2. DEFINITION
Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) is a SWIFT Document Type which represents the header page
of Maintenance Program (MP) Document.
Aircraft Maintenance Item (AMI) is a SWIFT Document Type which represents the Maintenance
Program (MP) Item.
Authority or National Aviation Authority (NAA) is where the aircraft is registered, such as DGCA,
FAA, and EASA.
Directorate General Civil Aviation (DGCA) is a Directorate General under the auspicious of the
Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia, which oversees the administration of civil
aviation throughout the nation of Indonesia.
General Task List (GTL) is a task list that are used for general maintenance tasks. They do not refer
to a specific technical object. Using general maintenance task lists, you can define and manage
sequences of maintenance tasks centrally and use them for work scheduling.
Hierarchical Task List (HTL) is a task list that able to reference other task lists, thereby building a
hierarchy of task lists. In this way, the structure of work to be performed is reflected by the task list
hierarchy.
Maintenance Program (MP) or previously known as Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance
Program (CAMP) is document prepared by the operator for the routine maintenance instruction. It
consists of AMP as a header and AMI as the item.
Task List is a document which describe a sequence of individual maintenance activities which must
be repeatedly performed. Task lists are divided into General Task List (GTL) and Hierarchical Task List
(HTL).
SWIFT is an integrated system using SAP Platform that is covering all MRO, SCM, FI, and HR
transaction processes in one module system.

3.2. Responsibility
• Development Engineer (First Engineer) is responsible to create new, revise, and delete document of
AMP and AMI document.
• Senior Development Engineer (Second Engineer) is responsible to supervise and verify the changes
that development engineer proposed.
• Manager of TER-2 (Maintenance Program and Task List Management) is responsible to supervise
the AMP and AMI document creation or deletion process and submit them in form of MP Document
to customer.
3.3. Procedure
3.3.1. Create or Revise Aircraft Maintenance Item (AMI)
• Development Engineer collect approved AMP highlight revision that will be created or revised,
including MP Change Request that is coming from Aircraft Engineering (TEA).
• Development Engineer create and prepare AMI in system. Status in system is CR/Created.
• Development Engineer assign AMI to related AMP or revise it (if any revision required).
• Development Engineer complete AMI proposal and set the status in the system in to CO/Complied.
• If there is no revision, Development Engineer will set status in System to CA/Regulator Approved.
• Development Engineer (First Engineer) ensure that related task list have been created and complete
in system. Development Engineer (First Engineer) will then inform Development Engineer (Second
Engineer) to evaluate and check related AMI and related Task list in system by general email or
mailing list.
• Development Engineer (Second Engineer) will check the related AMI Interval and Effectivity and
related Task List Dependency and provide feedback as necessary to ensure the AMI and/or Task
Lists are complete and valid.
• Development Engineer approve and release document, set Status in System to FR/Released.
• Development Engineer send request to ADG to inform to ADG to create or update Maintenance
Plan for that AMI.
3.3.2. Delete Aircraft Maintenance Item (AMI)
• Development Engineer collect approved AMP highlight revision that will be deleted, including MP
Change Request of deletion that is coming from Aircraft Engineering (TEA).
• Make Sure deletion AMI document should be set after Approved Date, at most 1 month before
Effective Date of New MP Revision. Crosscheck AMI documents still aligned with Current MP
Revision in Technical Publication.
• Development Engineer process deletion document by set status to: GA/ QA Appd for Del and then
GD/ Regl Appd Del.

• Development Engineer send request to ADG to deactivate Maintenance Plan.
• After receiving from ADG that Maintenance Plan has been deactivated, development engineer set
document status to NA/ Not Active.
