Dear Group Managing Director,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally submit my resignation from my position
as Human Resources /Legal Adviser at GMYT Group, effective 28th of June, 2023. After careful
consideration, I have decided to pursue other opportunities that aligns with my career goals,
family life and personal aspirations.

I would like to express my gratitude for the opportunities and experiences I have had during my
tenure at GMYT Group. The past one week has been filled with professional growth, valuable
learning, and meaningful connections with colleagues. I have genuinely appreciated the support,
guidance, and camaraderie from the Group Managing Director of the organization.

To ensure a smooth transition, I am committed to assisting with any necessary handover tasks
and preparing documentation that will facilitate the transfer of my responsibilities. Please let me
know how I can be of assistance during this period.

I understand that there may be certain exit formalities, such as conducting an exit interview or
completing any necessary paperwork. I am more than willing to comply with these requirements
