Consequent fo the merger of Establishment Section of Project & O&M and transfer
of the team to O&M Wing, the work allocation of JGM/DGM Finance of O&M/Finance

(4) Deputy Finance Officer will maintain the attendance register of his/her Section and will
send monthly information to APS to JGM/F for absentee statement to HR Department.
(5) These orders are issued with immediate effect. However for closing of
Balance Sheet (2019-20) issues, all officers and staff will provide information of the work
done in previous assignment as and when required by the new incumbent.
