LAMA FERA LEVEL 1 - THE HEALING PROCESS

1. Light a ghee Deepak in front of buddha ji’s photo/ statue.
2. Ring the 8-metal bell 5 to 7 times.
3. Wear the maroon robe, hold the skechue mala and dorje in one hand and the crystal
stick in the other.
4. Chant the mantra “ Buddham Sharanam Gacchami, Dhamam Sharanam Gachami,
Sangham Sharanam Gachami “ three times.
5. Touch the mala and stick to your third eye and request lord buddha ji to come in you
and through you, heal the client and help him get released from his issue.
6. Draw Aluma and Amin on the four corners of the room, the roof and the healing bed
and say 3 times.
7. Keep wood sticks under the shoulder and knees of the person you are healing.
8. Take 2.5 fera’s , starting from the feet of the client and moving in anti-clockwise
direction.
9. Keep the mala either on the heart chakra of your client or wear it.
10. Now draw the symbols as below:

SNO SYMBOL CHAKRAS

1 ALUMA Third Eye + Heart Chakra.
2 AMIN Third Eye + Heart Chakra+ Both Knees + Both Feet Soles.
Third Eye + Heart Chakra + Keep the intention you are doing
3 TRIYAMBAKAM healing for + Intend the negativity and blockages are going
towards the naval chakra and collects there.
4 VAKRATUNDA From throat chakra to Root Chakra.
Draw from Naval in upward spiral way, minimum 21 times or
5 NYAS
how many times you feel the need is for healing.

11. Press the both feet and forehead with thumbs 3 times, to open lock.
12. Draw Ayushi to bless the client and then feel gratitude to lord buddha ji, the lama
saints and the client.

Take the level 1 attunement as per the time mentioned in the class, if you have missed,
please contact on 777011750 and coordinate for attunement.

This is the process to take attunement

You have to take it 2 times.

Follow the below process.

Sleep on Sabashan (above pic) and close your eyes.

Focus on your breathing and relax. Feel the sensation on the nose when you breath in and
feel the sensation on the Naval when you breath out.

Keep your awareness in your body from Toes to the Head.

Just enjoy it without any thought. Just be with your body and feel the sensation of body. Be
aware of your body for these 20 to 30 minutes.
