The purpose of BOLD’s Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is to establish guidelines and procedures for
effectively responding to and recovering from various disasters that may impact our organization's
critical systems, data, and operations. This plan outlines the strategies, responsibilities, and actions
required to ensure minimal downtime, data loss, and disruption during and after a disaster event.
2. Scope
This plan covers all critical IT systems, data assets, and operational processes within our
organization. It addresses disasters such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes),
technical failures (e.g., hardware/software failure, power outages), cyberattacks (e.g., malware,
data breaches), and any other events that could disrupt normal operations.

Establish a remote work infrastructure to enable key personnel to work from offsite locations if the
primary location becomes inaccessible.
