Factors Influencing Customer Satisfaction among BigBrew Coffee Shops

Introduction

A lot of Filipino is fan of sweets, tea, coffee and such. That is why nowadays

many of coffee shops are establish since a lot of people wants and love it, and since it is

in demand many people make it as their business to earn profit. Big Brew is one of the

coffee shops that has been known for now. BigBrew is a coffee shop located in different

locations here in metro manila. A lot of people franchise this shop, they offer affordable

tea, coffee, and snacks. It is renowned for its high-quality goods, which enable clients to

indulge in delectable delicacies without going over budget.

As an individual, I would like to know the factors why does big brew have a lot of

customers compare to other coffee shops nearby them. Since I am a customer too in

this shop, I was wondering why do many people loves it or do we have same thoughts

about this shop, Also I wanted to know why they always come back and buy it again

aside from its cheap prices. They open the shop last 2019 and now its still growing, That

is why I wanted to study this shop and learn more about their management and know

how they satisfy their customers.
