COMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
My role in the project was to survey the
existing site, meeting with the client, planning
with consideration of existing surrounding
building design, providing architectural
drawing with specification and BOQ for 1500
sqm area of six storied building having
Community space in 1st floor, providing
RAJUK drawing for plan approval, managing
for resources, supervising appointed
contractor, providing workers to complete
interior works and working with other
engineers for checking contractor bills was
also responsible to provide actual design and
completion reports after completion of the
project. Overall, I played the role of lead
architect for the project and my team
provided structural drawing, electrical
drawing, and plumbing drawing for
Construction of 06(six) storied residential
building for Mohammad Moazzam Hossain
Sarkar. I provided an architectural design with
3D, worked with local contractors to
supervise construction works, and supplied
and supervised interior works.
Dining space area 120 sq ft, dimensions 15 ft into 8 ft.
HIGH RISE APPARTMENT
Two units and one parking space on the ground floor.
Parking floor is 12 inches down to the print label.
Parking floor is part of unit-A. Unit-A has one small
dining space, two bedrooms with a bathroom and a
kitchen. Dining space area 120 sq ft, dimensions 15 ft
into 8 ft. nit-B stays 50 present floor area on the
ground floor. It has one master bedroom with
attached bathroom and veranda, drawing with
attached veranda, dining space with kitchen, and two
common bedrooms with one common bathroom.
Master bedroom and the drawing-room dimensions
are same of length 14 ft width 13 ft
