Q.A. Basic Provison and Salary Package
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
2. Knowledgeable in basic MS Office applications and construction software
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Keen attention to detail
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality
6. Maintains a professional attitude and company morale.
Performance Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for the quality and quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering
construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary
processes.
2. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results,
inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials
delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
3. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all
testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
4. Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and
quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
5. Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all
procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
6. Assist employees in ensuring knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance with all quality
manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all
systems.
7. Manage to lift all equipment, handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials, and perform quality
audits per the required schedule.
8. Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work
meets quality requirements.
9. Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous
application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.
10. Develop a method statement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis,
and Inspection
11. Test Plan and Checklist based on project specifications.
12. Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to the Consultant
13. Coordinate with the Consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for Inspection.
Immersion Agreement
1. A one-month immersion will be given to the prospect employee as a trial period to become familiar with
work-related environment. The prospect employee may terminate this agreement, without remorse to
the company, if s/he does not want in any way to continue the responsibilities offered by the company.
2. The company may terminate this agreement for failure to meet Company standards at pre-agreed
measurement periods prior to Training Period, without prejudice to other legally recognized grounds for
termination.
3. An employment agreement will be given to the prospect employee once s/he decides to pursue the
employment after the one-month immersion.
4. The prospect employee will be given full coverage of the compensation package, such as government
mandated benefits, 13th month pay, etc., only after the immersion period.
5. If the (prospect) employee decides to terminate his/her employment in less than a year from starting
date, the company will deduct from his last pay all pre-employment expenses, such as PPE, medical
examination, covid-19 test, etc.
6. The signature affixed below indicates the prospect employee’s understanding and unconditional
acceptance of the foregoing terms.
