1 : Exhaust Fan

2 : Air lock

3 : Pipe temperature sensor

4 : Humidity sensor and actuator

5 : Plug fan

6 : Steam control valve and temperature sensor

7 : Upper belt conveyor

8 : Under belt conveyor

9 : Clear powder auger

10 : Broken motor

11 : Spreader motor

12 : Steam flowmeter
1. Log in
Change language

In main page, click here to enter Setting


1. Log in
Click Common Setting and choose English
2. Log out

If you want to log out, click Exit


3. Manual control ( test mode)
If you want to manual start the Cycle fan, set the frequency and click Mstart

If you want to manual control the temperature, you can open or close the steam control
valve. You can set the opening degree here

If you want to manual control the Humidity, you can open or close the actuator. You can
set the opening degree here

If you want to manual run the Conveyor, click Mstart to start and Mstop to stop

You can set the running time here, system will calculate the running frequency

If you want to manual run the Spreader motor, click Mstart to start and Mstop to stop
4. Set the recipes

In main page, click Recipes

In main page, click Order

1: Click Add 2: Right click here and choose Commit and Execute
6. One key start, stop
2: Click Astart to auto start, Astop to auto stop, Estop
1: Click body of dryer
to Emergency stop
7. Notes

1: Need check all devices everyday or every shift

2: Check the air pressure and steam pressure regularly

3: Before one key start, need to make sure all devices are in auto mode

4: If the outlet level sensors are active, do not try to run the dryer

5: If you want to change any system parameters, please contact Famsun to confirm. Do
not try to change it
