I am writing to request your kind consideration in allowing me, REYMART P. Villapena transferee student
from Luis Palad Integrated High School, to add two subjects to my current curriculum for the school year
2022-2023.

I am aware that the graduation requirements for this academic year are well-defined, and students must
fulfill all the necessary credits to be eligible for graduation. As a dedicated student, I have been diligently
reviewing my academic progress and have realized that adding these two subjects will enhance my
knowledge and contribute significantly to my overall development.

The subjects in question, Physical Science and Personality Development, are of great interest to me, and I
